Newly Renovated Condo in Santurce-Condado Pocket

Located in the hip pocket of Santurce on the cusp of Condado, this newly renovated condo is walking distance to the beach, La Placita, and all the coffee shops you could ever need. It’s spacious, with a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, outdoor balcony and patio, AC, and a private parking spot. It’s an ideal homebase for a couple or individual who wants to be in a space and a neighborhood that feels very local, while still being super close to the main spots you want to hit as a visitor.

The kitchen has a counter bar, stove, oven, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. It’s stocked with cookware, tableware, a coffee maker, a toaster, etc.

The living room has a bistro table (where you can eat or work from). There's a comfortable couch and 55-inch smart TV set up with Roku and the streaming apps. The space looks out to the balcony, through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, which open from both sides of the room. The patio is well-shaded with an awning so you can enjoy your time out there (even during most rainstorms).

The bedroom has a queen-size bed. There’s a closet with built-in shelves and room to hang your clothes. And from the bedroom, you can walk right out onto the balcony.

The standing shower has an excellent rainfall head, in addition to a handheld head.

You can control the temperature via the AC units in the living room and bedroom. There are also two ceiling fans in the living room and another in the bedroom. The wifi is strong throughout the condo.

The apartment is on the sixth floor—in a gated, secure building with a private parking lot, where you have a parking space reserved for you. But if you don't have a car: No problem, you're walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, salsa music, cinema, and cafes on the island. You can walk to the heart of Condado and the beach in less than ten minutes. And you can walk to La Placita in under five minutes—for the iconic farmers market during the day and food, drinks, dancing in the streets, and people-watching in the evening. Old San Juan is a ten-minute Uber away, and Miramar is even closer. The airport is a ten-minute drive. There’s a solid, twenty-four-hour supermarket less than a half-mile from the condo.

It’s the kind of place you could happily stay a while—and happily return to.

Other things to note:
The building is very secure and you'll need to keep a handful of keys/fobs on you in order to get in and out. Please do not lose the keys (there's a $150 charge). Entering the building the first time can feel like a bit of a process—and then you get the hang of it.

You're in the heart of Santurce and close to a highway so you will hear cars and standard city sounds. You will also likely hear some of the neighborhood roosters, common in Puerto Rico.
