Where do I start
It started with checkin being at 3 but the cleaners were still cleaning and didn’t get to checkin until 3:15. I would have not cared if that was the only thing. It’s advertised as 2 smart tv but the bedroom has the only smart tv. When I started cooking dinner the water was shut off and I had to call VRBO since the owner wouldn’t get back with me. He informed VRBO they are working on the pipes and water should be back soon. I had no water for about 2.5 hours and usually that wouldn’t be a big deal also. Then time for bed and my 17 year old son had to use all his strength to unfold the sleeper sofa. In the middle of the night the shower curtain fell down and the whole time I fought the thing. Would not stay up. Then the last night around 8:30 we lost power. That was not the fault of the owner the whole grid went down. We did stay without power until we checked out the next morning at 11. The owner said he would refund one night for the inconvenience of it all but I have not received the refund as of yet. I emailed him to remind him and have not received an answer.
