• We offer Pool & Spa heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a propane gas grill. There will be a $40 fee for use paid before check in. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. If the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Otherwise, you are responsible for it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the Grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
