Thank you for having us.

I enjoyed my stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. I appreciate being able to bring our fur babies along with us. The only complaints I heard from my family were a few bugs sneaking in the crack of the front door, floors could use a deeper clean as there were multiple items found left behind by previous guests, and the shower's squeak when running, im assuming from the water pressure but we had nice hot showers and never any cold water issues. Furniture is definitely dated and dirty. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint to cover the stains and damage from over the years. The house stayed cool enough for everyone to stay comfortable in this florida heat which we really appreciated. Overall i am satisfied with my stay here. Thank you.

The house has potential but it is poorly up-kept. Plenty of room but walls need fresh painting, carpets are substantially dirty. The cleanliness throughout the house is questionable. The refrigerator was filthy. We lost internet on the second day of our 6 days stay. Sent messages that went unanswered. We had no internet and no television. I had a small lizard living in my bedroom in the second floor. Bathroom shower curtains were dirty and slimy. It seems to me that the owner does not keep tge property in good condition. Pool and hot tub water was dirty. It was disappointing, and we tolerated it because we were at the house just to sleep.

The house was wonderful. We paid to have the pool heated (it was Thanksgiving week) and the kids had a blast every day. They would use it multiple times. Walmart was really close and we used it a couple of times. Since we did quite a bit of cooking we just wished that their knives were sharper - the cooks had a little bit of difficulty. That's the only thing that we could "complain" about, all in all wonderful house and trip.

Extremely bad service. The pool was not working properly.

I choose this property for two reasons the size of the house and the pool. I noticed that one of the lights of the pool was loose and called the office several times to request to send someone to revise the problem ; because I was afraid of the danger of electric shock. Unfortunately nobody showed up to fix the problem. This is totally unacceptable because it completely disrupted our schedule and I feel that my I loose money for renting a property with a pool that couldn’t be used. Very bad experience.

NEVER Again!!!

The condition of this property is shameful! The sofa and loveseat (which is the first thing you see upon walking into the house) is faux leather and peeling horribly. The same for the dining room chairs. They are completely peeled off. It is very sad! There are stains on the carpet, water stains on the ceiling, broken/damaged bedroom furniture, hole/damage in one of the walls, inadequate supplies (cleaning and cooking) provided - very basic, and there were gnats in the upstairs twin bedroom. This owner should be embarrassed to take money for this outdated and damaged property. The pictures in the listing are old and falsely depict the actual interior condition of the property. Management and cleaning companies should be fired. VRBO should remove this listing. It is a disgrace!!! I have pictures to back up everything i have stated in this review. Worst property I've ever rented...

Issues from the start

House cleaning was not complete prior to check in cleaners were here till after 5 PM on check-in day. Entry door needs cleaning and a fresh coat of paint Dining room table was missing a plate. Three screens were missing from the pool enclosure, and pool was completely filled with leaves. Had to call guest services to have them come do pool cleaning and pool still has some leaves and is dirty on the bottom call immediately no answer left a message, then the next day I sent an email and still had no response called later that day and finally got a hold of someone. Dead insects in the downstairs, master bathroom tub. Icemaker in the refrigerator makes loud grinding noises when shifted to Cube when I notified property management company no response at all. Broken pool tile in spillway between spa and pool. Water damage on ceiling in laundry room and light started flickering then stopped working. Door damaged and locked closet. In almost every room Carpet was stained and dirty. 2 missing tv remotes. Broken furniture and mismatched drawer pulls. Food pantry shelves dirty. Ceiling vents have dark marks around them. Front door bottom seal damaged allowing insect and other creatures access. Paid for pool and spa heat but neither got very warm. House has plenty of space for large party but shows signs of wear (not well kept). Sheets and towels where freshly washed. House and area seems safe and secure. Would not rent again, unless updates and repairs were accomplished

Nice and secure neighborhood

Love the property, especially it being gated and 24 hour security, quiet neighborhood. Booking agents Ann and Gary were great!. The property manager answered and took care of an issue with the fridge promptly, she was quick to answer. That being said, this is a beautiful neighborhood. There are some things that need very much needed attention. The dishwasher needs to be replaced, dishes come out dirty every time, (Nasty). Bulbs were burnout in the living room and over the bar in the kitchen. Lamp upstairs was completely broken could not use. Window Blinds downstairs to where you can look out into pool were broken, couldn't open them. Toilet in downstairs master bathroom would get stopped up, the guts in the tank need to be replaced due to the chain getting tangled up . Manager brought by a plunger and a trash can for the Kitchen. Some of the Pots and pans need to be thrown in trash they are bent or peeling. NOT enough silverware, 3 spoons. Coffee maker is old and leaks, needs to be replaced. Black coffee table leg is broken. The front deadbolt needs to be replaced with a correct deadbolt. When you pay the price to rent these villas they need to be up to par. These are inexpensive things that could be fixed easily. If I were the owner I would want to know these things and correct them. Also, make sure filters are changed for the A/C system. My husband and I met one of the home owners in the neighborhood very nice man. Would stay here again, due to the safety, security, Ann and Gary (booking agents) and the property manager. The home owner has a great team handling her property. Im sure their hands are tied as far as the things being fixed or replaced in the home. The homeowner just needs to take care of these things. There was spot all over the carpet upstairs. The air conditioner didnt work very. It was 80 degrees in the house all the time. We had to go and buy fans to cool off at night. And the pool lights never works or the ice marker. And I call the property manager and told me about the air conditioner and the ice marker and he said that he would send someone out but no one came. And I called back a couple for times and left a message for them to call me back and they never did. This was my family and grandbabies first time to Disney and all of us adults were very deappointed.

Awesome neighborhood besides the people partying until 3 am every night 3 houses down

The pool and spa was not heated I was told 3 days before arriving I had to pay extra to heat. And my child wrecked our car 4 days before I left so I didn’t pay attention to the message except screenshot the door code until I got there and realized spa was cold. The dishes was dirty the furniture was extremely wore out definitely not like in the pictures the double bed rooms does not have a tv like in the pictures as I said the property was awesome the owners and cleanliness not so much

Golf Weekend

I was hesitant after reading a lot of the reviews. But still booked because the location was perfect for a golf trip with friends. Only six of us went so there was a spare room that didnt even get used. If I was to say anything about the property I would say, It's not an owner occupied property. And it shows its scars from previous renters and the way they treated the property. None of those scars negatively impacted our trip though. We went the second week on May 2022 and decided to heat the pool and spa and it was a good decision to do so. The garage worked out perfect to store our golf clubs and left over travel bags. The pool table is a wooden surface table that has warped like any piece of wood in Florida would do. So its not playable. There is a wall unit in the garage that keeps it a good temperature if you want to hang out there. There isn't a BBQ at the house. There was a portable one on the ground that looks like somebody bought and left there. But nothing usable. Overall the property suited all of our needs and we would book it again.

Great location and nice space for large family

I wanted to write a review for two reasons: 1) There were no bugs in the house. No trace of roaches or anything that the other reviewer said about bugs. 2) The crib mattress is extremely dangerous in the upstairs master bedroom. I have 5-month old twins and brought a playpen for one and planned to use the crib. I was shocked when I saw bumper pads, since they are no longer recommended for babies but I was horrified when I touched the mattress. It was an old beat up toddler bed mattress that didn’t even fit the crib and had springs coming out. We bought a new mattress at Walmart for $60 and brought it home with us, but I fear that someone won’t pay attention to how horrible the mattress is and it could result in something terrible. Do not let your baby sleep on it. All in all the house was OK. Tons of space, amazing location and great pool. The furniture was beyond worn out but that’s been mentioned several times. The place needs some TLC but the space and location made up for it.

Worst Property Ever

Online description of this property was total a misrepresentation. Within two hours of check in we called the Host (Owner) and Mgmt Group to report problems. Within 4 hours we had located another rental property VRBO #6815914 which was a great property which we moved to. Our issues were roaches, dirty sheets (we had to wash before going to bed), extremely worn out furniture, dirty filthy walls. While we killed several roaches there were others dead already that a thorough cleaning would have removed. Hopefully we didn't bring roaches home. Never heard from Host or Mgmt Group.

A fun time with family

We rented the entire month of February and had different family groups join us during the month. The house had plenty of room for everyone and it was just a few miles from all the Disney parks and other attractions. The neighborhood was very nice with tree lined streets and a nature walking area. We paid to have the pool heated which allowed us to get lots of use of it. There were a few maintenance issues that existed when we first arrived. The management company did respond to our requests on just about all of them. The house and the pool deck could have been cleaner. Renters should know that there was no grill as stated in the listing and we were told one wasn’t going to be provided when we requested it. That was disappointing as it would have made it much easier to cook for our group.

Very quiet location with fantastic layout

Upon arrival check in with the guard and he will provide paper for vehicle info which you then submit to Clubhouse and pay the $25 access card fee. Fee is per vehicle but is well worth it for the security and easy access lane for residents and visitors with card. House access was easy with simple 4 digit door code. Cleaning crew was finishing up just before 4pm and house was extremely clean. There is one master suite downstairs with on-suite bathroom and one master suite upstairs with on-suite bathroom. Three other rooms with a king in one room and queens in other two rooms and the two rooms with twins with Jack-n-Jill setup. The two additional full bathrooms are shared by 5 bedrooms. Layout is well thoughtout so even with the cathedral ceilings the bedrooms were very quiet even with all the TVs on and toddler running around upstairs. Good location to visit amusement parks and so many dining options close by it would take months to visit them all. For visitors with pets the backyard is completely enclosed but no lawn so might need to take a quick walk to front yard or walk the neighborhood which is very pleasant. The pool guy came on a Thursday and luckily our Pitbull was inside. He was able to access the pool through a side door in outside enclosure and was professional and closed the door when he left. The beds were very comfortable and we brought our own bathsheets and beach towels as there is a laundry room on the main floor. There is a very cute little nature trail at the front of the complex near the Clubhouse and I even moved a very large heavy turtle away from the curb so drive with caution and watch for turtles and squirrels. The driveway is short and somewhat narrow so two SUVs/trucks are a tight fit. Google Earth lead me to believe it was long enough for 4 vehicles which it is not. There is street parking but it rotates odd side one week and even side the next and it's best to drive up on the lawn a little which is totally acceptable. The owner Ann was great and responded to email communication within a few hours but the management company did not respond to any of the 3 messages I left regarding a small leak under the kitchen sink so I let Ann know to prevent damage to the cabinets. The Clubhouse was open to 9pm which is helpful to anyone arriving later in the evening. All in all it was a great house for a family vacation and we will definitely book this again for our future Disney visits.

Family vacation

good for groups close to park

no frills, just a solid house and fun pool for the kids. easy in easy out a protected gated community less than 10 minutes for disney and other parks

Overall ok but not amazing as I expected !

House was very spacious, my family and i were comfortable but the cleanliness of the house was poor, fridge was leaking ,dishes were still dirty ,kitchen sink was clogged up and I called the number I was given to if I needed maintenance never got an answer I left voice mail. Last but not least house needs to be remodeled and upgraded with appliances and furniture.
