This newly renovated unit features 2 bedrooms and features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed , 1 full bath and comfortably sleeps 4 guests in beds. All beds feature premium linens and premium memory foam mattresses. There is also a roll away bed stored in the closet for a 5th guest to sleep if needed.

A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.

You will have full private access to the entire apartment and will access t via smart lock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to your arrival via text and email.

We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by e-mail or text during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.

Oak Park is a suburb of Chicago. Oak Park is in Cook County and is one of the best places to live in Illinois. Living in Oak Park offers residents an urban suburban mix feel and most residents own their homes. In Oak Park there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.

Easily accessible by Bus, Train/Metra, Car, Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service is readily available in this area.

Renters need to be 21 or older. Wire transfers not allowed.

STRONG NO-PARTIES & LARGE GATHERINGS RULE:
We strictly enforce a policy against parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Any rule violation, unit damage, property disrespect, unreported extra guests, or parties will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking allowed indoors. Smoking inside will result in a $200 fine.

Other Notes:
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Streaming Apps, and a fully equipped kitchen.
You'll receive a starter pack of laundry and dishwashing detergent, and one trash bag per bin.
1.OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count.
2. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERING POLICY We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM.
3. QUIET HOURS are from 11PM-7AM. No gatherings or loud noises outside of the home at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund.
4. CAMERA DEVICES: Tampering Or breaking the outside CAMERA in any way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund.
5. ZERO Tolerance Policy For: smoking/vaping or pets inside of the unit. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping or a pet is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged.
6. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time.
7. EARLY OR LATE CHECKOUTS: Checkout time is 11:00 AM. On rare occasions we maybe able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out for a fee and by request only. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean and unauthorized late checkouts may impact the following booking.
