No refunds if ambient cold weather prevents desired temperature

🍔 Grill Use

Some homes may have gas BBQ grills or built-in outdoor grills pictured.
Please note:

Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill

Guests must replenish propane if used

$50 cleaning fee if left unclean

If the grill is locked, it is not available (owner’s personal grill)
