The private patio will make for a great place to soak up the Colorado sun and listen to the melody of the creek. A completely updated kitchen features new espresso oak cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wood bar with seating for 3. The half bath on the main floor is clean and bright with a Kohler sink and faucet and slate countertops.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the townhome and include high ceilings and an abundance of natural light from new windows. The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite full bathroom. This bedroom is spacious and bright and includes a walk-out balcony with views of Mt. Werner. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over full bed and a full bathroom right next door in the hallway. The third bedroom includes one bunk bed (twin over twin) and a single twin. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc.

You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $1500 and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 24 hours after booking. After 24 hours we charge a $50 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
