Listing was as described. Easy check-in. The loft does get stuffy so appreciates the stand fan. The spiral staircase to the loft needs to be kept in mind, if you have littles or people with mobility challenges. Would stay there again.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our time at this property over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was clean and check-in was very easy. The property was very quiet, which we appreciated. The pool and hot tub were both open and our kids enjoyed swimming. One thing to note, is that the stairs up to the loft are a spiral staircase and steep. Our older kids were able to make it up easily, but it would be tricky with younger kids and/or older adults.

Property is close to the base 15 minute walk and a short drive to town. Kitchen is well equipped. Check in was painledd got an email with door code at 4 pm.

Super fun, slightly unreasonable

My group had a great time at the place. Very clean, super nice and up to date, lots of kitchen ware! Only problem we had was with the parking. The place sleeps 8 and is targeted for larger groups yet only allows one parking spot. Half the parking lot was empty while we stayed there versus we had to pay 300 to park 2 other cars elsewhere overnight. I think you should just allow more parking in the lot, especially if you more many guests are coming.

Very spacious and close to hot tub!!!

Really great place! Lots of room, tons of sleeping space, tons of towels, and not loud at all! Hot tub is steps away which is great in the cold! Getting keys and returning them was easy. Just fyi cleaning crew is outside waiting by like 945 so 10am check out is strict.

Property was beautiful and clean. No deadbolt or peephole on the door, door handle did not latch well. Limited hot water on last morning of stay. Overall would probably stay again if those minimum conditions were met.

This is one of the better condos we have ever rented for a ski trip. It was clean and had what we needed. The location and convenience of being able to schedule the rental company's shuttle to the slopes was great. When I first booked they didn't have automatic check-in and I was concerned about having to pick up a key from the rental office. But that was addressed by the time our stay took place. They installed a door lock and assigned a code, no key needed.

It worked well for our family

The location was great, being able to use the pool and hot tub was really nice for the little kids. Our place was in good condition. Only complaint is there were not enough towels for the pool and showers and we tried calling the office, during office hours, and never heard back from them. We had an issue with the fuse box (to run the dishwasher and disposal, which were required upon checkout), so thankfully we figured it out.

Perfect Spot for Families

The condo was perfect for our trip to Steamboat. The condo had a great setup for our group - a kids area upstairs (sleeping and playing) and two bedrooms downstairs for the adults. The family room allowed us to relax downstairs watching tv by the fireplace while the kids could spread out and play games upstairs yet still be part of the group due to the open balcony. The pool and hot tub area was right outside the building and was a great space for families with kids. The recent interior updates were nice and even gave us some ideas for our future remodeling projects! I'd definitely come back here again on a future trip.

Short stay

The condo is decorated in a cute and comfortable way. The king bed was quite comfortable, didn’t try the others. Overall cleanliness was pretty good… The bath mats were rather dirty which was a bit offputting. Location is convenient. It’s important to know that you have four flights of stairs to go up with your luggage. Also, washer dryer is in a laundry facility across the parking lot and it is coin operated.

Convenient Condo

Clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, TP and linens. Tastefully decorated, you could tell it’s been recently renovated with fresh paint, carpet and flooring. Lots of hooks for hanging jackets. Guests should know that there is no elevator to the third floor unit and it is a tight spiral staircase to the loft area. Very convenient to the bus that runs into town and to the ski area. Wish the walkways and parking lot had been better maintained during the snow/ice.

No Hot Water and Other Problems

There was no hot water so we couldn't shower. The wifi could not be found to connect to. One bedroom didn't have a comfortor and TV didn't work. The pillows were uncomfortable and some pillows didn't even have pillow cases and one that did, the pillowcase looked dirty. Tried to call the office the evening we got in and even the afterhours number didn't work. They also only allow one parking space per unit when there are TONS of empty parking spaces. And, there is practically NO overnight parking in Steamboat so finding somewhere to park was stressful and took all of our first evening. The place is ok for the price and location is pretty close to the slopes but with these problems, I would not stay there again.
