There are so many reasons to visit Florida from the beautiful weather, serene beaches, to the theme parks. Whether you plan your stay around seeing Florida’s sights or a theme park filled adventure, this house is centrally located for you to enjoy it all. You are 6 minutes away from Walmart, 9 minutes away from Target, and a short 5-minute drive to a Starbucks.
You will be staying in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just south of Walt Disney World. This villa features a pool, a 1-foot splash pool for your little ones to play in, a fantastic theater room, Wi-Fi, high-speed internet and so much more!
We want you to enjoy this house, stress free, which is why we include some of your families’ basic needs such as a pack-n-play, a stroller and a highchair. We know you might need more than this we recommend a local rental company in case you might need further amenities. They rent out items such as full-sized cribs, double strollers and even grills!
Dogs are welcome here as we know you may want to bring your whole family with you! We do charge a $25 nightly fee, which is cheaper than kenneling. Very few owners in the area allow dogs but because most of the house is tile it has worked well for us.
We offer a simple and convenient booking process. We take care of you personally from the time you inquire until your departure. You are not dealing with a booking agent; we personally own this home. However, this villa is professionally maintained, and you will have access to 24/7 assistance from our local management company. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will immediately confirm your reservation.
Whether you are in Florida for the attractions or simply to relax, you have found the perfect location.
This is the perfect place to return to at the end of a long day with all the comforts of home. You can relax around the pool with a drink and plan your next adventure. There’s so much to see and do in the area that you will need an occasional day to simply chill out in the home while the children have fun in the private swimming pool.

This private pool will be your ultimate family hangout location with heating available at only $25/night! To save energy and due to rising energy prices, pool heating is turned off by default. If you would like pool heat, please let us know at least five days before arrival. It will take about 24 hours for the pool to get to the standard temperature of 86 degrees.

Fantastic Stay and Owner

We just got back from staying at Bear Creek. Great location 10-15 minutes from Disney. Lots of food options around. The area felt safe. Joshua was great to work with. Communicated well. Followed up with any questions asked. When he said he would send something he would. The house was clean and well kept. Looked just like the pictures. The best part was having the pool and being able to use that whenever we wanted. It was awesome. The theater room was awesome as well. What a great Idea that was. I would give this overall experience a 10 out of 10. We will definitely use Joshua and his team again. If we are in the area I would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Bear Creek House

The house was well supplied and had new appliances. The maintenance company was responsive to any requests and the owner Joshua was very accommodating as well. We stayed for 4 months and actually needed some medical care. The house is located near Advent Celebration Hospital which is an excellent facility. The house is also close to Disney and every restaurant imaginable. It was a very nice house to stay in.

Growing up, we had many opportunities to visit the great state of Florida and fell in love with our fun family Disney trips. Now that I have two young children, we want them to grow up and have the safe fun adventures our parents provided us!

Bear Creek has so many things that make it a wonderful place for your family to stay. Its proximity to all the local attractions will help save you and your family a lot of time on your vacation. We also want to provide you with a home away from home experience, which means we try to equip the home with most of your basic needs, so you do not have to worry about running to the store for those last-minute things. We also feel by not having neighbors directly behind the house, that the pool is more private for your family to enjoy a peaceful space. There is also a nice park behind the house for your kids to enjoy. We hope you enjoy all the extra little touches we have put into this home to cultivate your incredible family vacation.
