The property needs some major upgrades-furniture & appliances are outdated, blinds donât fully close and has sheer curtains so no privacy, door to pool broken, etc. But overall, it was a comfortable stay and location was good for those traveling to Disney parks (though it did take us about 20-30 minutes during busy times). The pictures also make it appear like it is a fully fenced in yard but the sides are open, allowing any one to come in and out. I also did have to submit multiple maintenance requests for the pool heater, even though I paid for it weeks in advance. It still did not work for the entire duration of our stay (worked 1 time) and when asked about reimbursement, manager said heâd get with maintenance and never replied back after that. For those bringing pets, be advised that there is no pet fee listed on the ad and during booking, it will not ask you about pets. You have to let them know during booking so that you are charged correctly and to avoid a pet fine fee after check out. I am not sure why the pet fee isnât listed because it is easy to assume that the pet fee is included in the total costâespecially since the listing clearly says pet friendly and thatâs it. Also, only 1 of each trash bag, toilet paper, paper towel, dish & laundry detergent pod are provided. If you are traveling with a large group, I would suggest bringing extra. The game room is located in the garage and it is HOT with no A/C or ventilation. A lot of the games and toys are missing pieces or broken. The DVD player in the minions room did not work because it wasnât set up properly. Only 1 key was provided so again if youâre traveling with a large group and splitting up, it makes it difficult to get in and out when only 1 person can have the key. Finally, the rooms (especially master room) also get really hot when you keep the doors closed. When deciding to stay at this property, I would say to review and read all of the policies in detail prior to booking because they will charge your credit card on file for any fines and fees even before notifying you of the charges. In conclusion, although we did enjoy our stay, we were not happy with how the property manager handled our concerns. Regarding the pet fine fee, I asked for a mutual resolution and he replied that there are no exceptions.
