No hurricane damage to this house! Beaches and restaurants are open!! Hop in your golf cart or on your bike to make the short trek to beautiful Nokomis Beach. Tourists and locals gather at the jetties to watch the sunset every night. After a day at the beach, cool off in the refreshing pool right in the backyard.

A great little house close to Nokomis beach. We spent mornings at the beach, even got some manatee joining us one day, and afternoons in the pool. Highly recommend.

Nice Place - Great Location

Pretty well stocked with all you need and kitchen and pool area was clean. A little pricy for a 2 bedroom, but we enjoyed the stay. Nokomis is a fun area to visit.

This home was perfect for a nice long beach house get a way. Cozy and perfect for a family of four. Great location to everything west coast Florida.

Cute beach cottage and excellent location!

Lovely beach cottage and great location- close to bike trail, Venice, and easy walk to Nokomis Beach. The host was very responsive and easy to work with during our stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood and dog friendly. My dog loved going to the dog beach in Venice.

The house has everything you need for a long stay. The pool is so much fun to swim in and play! The neighborhood is fantastic to take long walks. There’s a great ice cream shop in walking distance as well as an excellent place to eat and drink called “Pops.” The nearby beach is a little over a mile away and is gorgeous especially for sunsets. There’s plenty of towels, chairs, and supplies for a fun vacation at the house. There’s TVs in every room and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a lot to do within driving distance.

Everything about this property was perfect for our family! Plenty of space, very clean & organized. AMAZING host who responds almost immediately with any question(s). Friendly, quiet community with occasional wildlife in your back yard! Nokomis Beach is within minutes and very relaxing.

Great time

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and comfortable . The pool was lovely even though the weather was a bit to cool for the pool. But it was a lovely place to sit with your feet in the pool. Thank you Dawn for a wonderful stay.

Cute, comfortable home. Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his cozy beach cottage. The location was excellent, close to Nokomis Beach, shops and restaurants. The house was beautifully kept and very clean. The pool was an added bonus for days we wanted to relax at home. The fenced in yard was a great feature for our little Yorkie to run around. Owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nokomis Favorite

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Nokomis, Florida! The lanai was a peaceful retreat, where we enjoyed watching the birds and relaxing by the pool. The fun lights around the pool added a charming touch in the evenings. We loved the short drive to Nokomis Beach and appreciated the walk-in shower. The dining table was perfect for lunches and card games, making for some great memories. The hosts were incredibly responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. We would definitely return!

Opon arrival the front deck and driveway were black from mold, due to front gutter missing for a lengthy period. Used a gallon of bleach to improve the area so the front would be presentable. The pool is nice but unusable as there is no pool HEATER. Bathroom sink stopped up with hair, bought drain cleaner to remove over night. This place is overpriced compared to “like” rentals nearby. Will not be staying here again, even at half the price.

A Property

We three seniors spent a wonderful 61 days at CocoNoKo. It’s compact with everything you need…adorable beach-themed decor. We held Easter dinner for family (wasn’t a party, just a some oldsters having dinner)…plenty of room. House is clean. Pool is clean. A/C works wonderfully. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Large fenced-in yard for our pup. Hostess Dawn is wonderful…responsive to any problem or questions you have. This is a location that is easy driving distance to anyplace! 7-8 minutes to historic downtown Venice. 5 minutes to grocery store. Around the corner from WaWa’s for gas, snacks & fast food. We will definitely return!!
