Hi Taylor, thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm glad you enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and our neighbors. I'm sorry the fridge and under the furniture weren't properly cleaned before your arrival, and that you weren't told about the existing floor damage beforehand. That's on me. The flooring on the first floor is being fully replaced this October. I'm also looking into the internet/power reliability. Regarding the gift card, that was never meant to feel like a hollow gesture, and I'm sorry it landed that way. It was meant to give a little back and share one of my favorite local spots with you.
