We’re especially glad the home worked well for your month-long remote stay — fast WiFi, a quiet night’s sleep, and a comfortable workspace are so important when working from home. We’re happy you enjoyed the outdoor deck, quick hot water, and the flexibility of the A/C options. We try to make sure guests have everything they need for both short and extended stays. Regarding the nearby construction, it is in its final stages and expected to be completed soon. Like many coastal neighborhoods, occasional daytime activity can happen, but evenings remain peaceful. Amber. I’m glad you enjoyed the location — Corona del Mar truly is a wonderful coastal community. For future guests, I’d like to clarify a few details to ensure expectations are clear: This is a detached back cottage, as described in the listing. On the Flower Streets in Corona Del Mar, most properties are configured as front and back homes, with rear homes accessed by the alley. These alleys serve the back residences and are a normal and established part of the neighborhood layout. Street parking is standard throughout Corona Del Mar. I always encourage guests to review parking details prior to booking, and I’m happy to answer any questions in advance as I did with Amber. The fan/light controls are remote-operated, and should not be changed. I’m adding additional written instructions in the house folder to make operation even more straightforward. Regarding heating, the home has a main thermostat that guests fully control, as well as a separate bedroom heating unit with its own remote located next to the bed. Guests can easily adjust both to their comfort at any time. At checkout, guests are only asked to start a towel wash cycle to assist housekeeping. All bed linens and full cleaning are handled by my professional cleaning team. I strive to be highly responsive and was glad to promptly address the late-night light issue. This is a cozy one-bedroom cottage, accurately represented in the listing photos and description, and is competitively priced for the area
