Your Carolina Beach getaway is calling! Steps from the beach, this bright and airy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is updated and ready to make your beach getaway an enjoyable one. The main level is ideal for gathering with friends and family. Open concept makes cooking a meal and hanging together easy. Open a bottle of wine and enjoy stunning breathtaking sunsets over the waterway from the back deck. You might even get lucky and see a dolphin or two!

The kitchen is well stocked with all the conveniences of home: stainless steel pots and pans, large stock pot for seafood boils, chef knives, air fryer, wine chiller and plenty of assorted glassware for all your beverage needs! There is a large dining table and outdoor seating for al fresco dining.

On the upper level you will find three bedrooms with queen size beds, spacious closets with ample hangers and luggage racks for your convenience. Each room has a TV. The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom and private patio overlooking the canal and a glimpse of the ocean. It`s the perfect place to hang out in the evening while the kids wind down and hear the ocean waves.

- 0.5miles to Carolina Beach Pier and High Tide Lounge and Tiki Bar and Freeman Park
- 0.6 to North End Cafe / Mini Mart (great breakfast burritos)
- 1.2 miles to Nollies (best Mahi Tacos), Stoked (casual waterfront restaurant), Sea Witch (bar vibes with live music) and Island Burgers & Bites (don`t judge a book by its cover.. the burgers are legit!)
- 1.4 miles to the Boardwalk: Arcade, Uncle Vinny`s Pizzeria, Carolina Smokeshop, Shuckin` Shack, Crush and Grind Coffee and Wine, Fudgeboat, Britt`s Donuts, Malama Cafe, Celtic Creamery, Havana`s Restaurant, just to name a few!
- 2 to 2.4 miles to grocery (Publix and Food Lion)
- 2 miles to Carolina Beach Lake Park (playground, peddle boats and walking trail)
- 6 miles to Fort Fisher State Historic Site
- 7.3 miles to North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher

Our condo is next to the pool and you will have two designated parking spaces. Please let us know if you plan to arrive with more than two vehicles so we can inform the HOA and let you know where additional guest parking can be found. The garage is currently locked off for owner storage. Please let us know if you plan to rent a golf cart so we can ensure there`s an extension cord available for charging.
