THE UNIT: The Bamboo Unit has private entry. You will have awesome views of the Pacific Ocean and Hilo Bay. See Humpback Whales jumping and splashing in the aqua blue Pacific Ocean as they migrate between January and April. This is a large premium unit with a huge gourmet kitchen. Double door private entry with large living room, dining and sleeping area. A Shoji Screen with a queen size bed, two nightstands, dresser, and a large armoire. Full size couch and deluxe recliner, 50" Smart HDTV, Free High-Speed Hawaiian Tel, access/stream Netflix/Amazon using your account. The trade-winds keep this unit very cool especially with the many screened windows, three adjustable ceiling fans and floor fan.

BATHROOM: The bathroom has tile floors, granite top counter, hairdryer, 4' walk-in shower, towels, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and beach towels.

PRIVATE LANAI: Front entry Lanai area. Two chairs, small table, ceiling fan and BBQ.

AMENITIES: The amenities in this unit include gourmet kitchen. Granite countertop, large island with gas stove top. Two bay sinks with hot/cold water. Custom Mango Cabinets with pots and pans. Dining table with chairs, Full size refrigerator/freezer with R/O water dispenser. Dishwasher, double electric oven (with convection), microwave, hot water maker, coffee press, toaster, silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, wine decorker and much more. Free Weekly trash service. Free Laundry area on-site.

AIR CONDITIONING OPTION: The large screen windows make this unit very comfortable with great air circulation, however air conditioning can be added to this unit for an additional $300.00 per 30 nights or $10.00 per night as per user agreement.

UTILITY ROOM: This shared area has a sink for washing H/C water and a RO water dispenser for pure water to refill your water containers.

PROPERTY: Adult only, peaceful, private, and secure. Our 2.5-acre property is partially fenced and secured with an auto-entry double gate. You will be provided with a transmitter to enter the property. For the safety of our traveler’s, only registered travelers are allowed on the property. There are two donkeys (Jasper and Prudy) who are in their own fenced area and our dog (coconut Jake) and working cat (Miss Kitty). We have many mature tropical fruit trees growing on the property and you are welcome to pick fruit that is in season for your own use. The hot tub is open from 7am-10pm and the pool is open 7am-6pm. Open all year. Located 5 minutes from Old Hilo Town and 12 minutes from Hilo International Airport.

We will replace towels and bathroom supplies upon request as listed for 12 nights stays or less. If your reservation is for 13 nights or longer, you will be suppling your own needs and washing of your towels/linen.
