Love The Gulf of Mexico

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was another of many stays we have had at Gulf Dunes and the unit was beautiful with a lot of upgrades and new kitchen appliances, etc. Since we cook and eat in a lot, a well set up kitchen is a must. The beds appeared to be new as well and so comfortable! The weather was perfect right up until the day we left. Brooks and Shorey are wonderful to deal with, especially Maryanne who is always responsive to any questions or needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decent Unit. And I have stayed at several at Gulf Dunes. Property looked pretty good considering the storm the previous week. The specific unit was pretty good overall. My only note was the cleanliness. I noted the tub in the master bathroom felt slimy, the cookware in the kitchen had to be cleaned prior to usage and I found mold on the rim of the ice dispenser. I would use Gulf Dunes again but probably pick another unit.

Great place, but we had water issues with the unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely love Okaloosa Island and this unit, but we experienced water issues with the shower. The HOA had to shut down our water 3 different times on our vacation. We were told it would be between 12-2, the times definitely ran over. It was a big inconvenience to our group, my wife ended up going to a friends unit to shower. Overall I absolutely love the unit and I understand sometimes issues happen, but it definitely inconvenience us on our vacation

Beautiful condo with spectacular view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes 617. This is a top floor, end unit-so you only have one shared wall and no one above you. The view from this room is breathtaking…All the furniture was updated and the decor was really refreshing. Nice, big rooms with plenty of space. We loved the huge TV’s in each room…my kids could each pick one and there was no fighting over what to watch-so nice! Appliances are nice and updated. Only thing I noticed (not a huge deal at all), but the dryer seemed to take much longer to dry any laundry that we did. Maybe it needs a tune up or the heating element is beginning to go out, not sure. That was the only issue we had….and it wasn’t a huge deal, because it still worked, just took several rounds to get the clothes dry. We absolutely loved our stay in this condo and definitely plan on booking again in the future. I already miss waking up to those views! Thank you for providing us with such an awesome stay!
