Beautiful birdsong and the rustling redwood canopy provide a natural soundtrack to your stay at this private woodland cabin. In this secluded setting between Guerneville and Forestville, you'll have a sunny stone patio, ample space for unwinding in the forest grove, and a hot tub to soak in beneath starry skies.

This single-story cabin is tucked away on 1.6 acres among the redwoods, making it a wonderful spot for birding, unplugging, and finding a bit of peace and relaxation. Yet the location is also incredibly convenient to Russian River access on Odd Fellows Park Road (one mile), the iconic Korbel Winery (two miles), downtown Guerneville's great restaurants (less than three miles), Johnson's Beach (three miles), and Armstrong Woods (five miles).

The outdoor space is something special, from the cornhole setup in the shade of the redwoods to the stone patio with a gas grill for evening barbecues. It's the perfect spot to sip morning coffee with a valley view or savor a glass of local wine at sunset.

The interior is stylishly decorated, with large windows that fill the house with sunlight and views of the forest. Cook with ease in a darling kitchen with every essential. Play board games at the dining room table with a movie playing in the background. Or, challenge loved ones on the Xbox One or retro video game. And, with Youtube TV, you'll have access to live and local channels. A separate Nut Nook on the grounds provides a great space to escape with a good book on breezy afternoons.

There is no washer/dryer.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is a strict limit of 4 people total for this home where children are counted in the total. This is set by the County of Sonoma and violations can lead to a large fine.
The wood stove is out of service. There is a note on the woodstove to remind guests of this since it is a potential fire hazard.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
