Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find a mostly clean condo but found that the comforter and pillow cases in the master bedroom were a bit on the dirty side. We requested new items but were told they didn't have extras for comforters, so we took them off the bed and used some extra blankets found in the closet for the entire week. One of the toilets didn't flush but was an easy fix. The view was great and the condo had enough space for 8 people comfortably. Beach access was easy and the 2 pools were very nice. Get up early to reserve your pool chairs....they were all taken very early each day.

The only negative point I feel I have to make is that the umbrella set up/beach space is less than desirable. I have stayed at various condos in Fort Walton which have umbrella/chair set up services; however, I have never stayed at one which allowed set ups in front on the condo umbrella/chair set ups. Despite having a front row set up of three umbrellas/chairs, others set up their personal umbrellas a chairs directly in front of us which is not allowed at other condos and created a tight space which I did not expect on the beach.

We loved the 5th floor view! The condo accommodated all of us well, especially with the extra bunk bed room for the kids. The decor could use some updating (scratches on the furniture), as well as a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Issues with one shower not working due to corrosion,one dirty shower, and some slimy residue on a night stand were quickly attended to by maintenance and cleaning crew. Access to a seafood market across the street and great restaurants close by enhanced our dining options. The pools were heated and well maintained. The included umbrella and chairs made the beach experience perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not clean at all .Guest room dirty comforter and pillow had to remove it and put in closet,dead bug in utility room and master bath,carpet in bunk room nasty my kids had dirty feet all week,master shower full of sand from previous guest, hair and dust in commode area very limited kitchen supplies,microwave handle broken front burner on stove worked sometime and sometimes not, chair broken in living room.All of this was reported by message the day we got there without a return call to try and fix the problems.Just felt like for the price was not up to par and we would not stay there again.
