Welcome to our spacious home in Nampa! This inviting retreat sleeps up to 20 guests and is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 2.6 miles from Lake Lowell. Enjoy the community pool, basketball court, and neighborhood market nearby. With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a large bunk room with 9 twin beds, it's perfect for large families or sports gatherings. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the freeway, offers both tranquility and easy access to local attractions.
The Space:
Welcome to our spacious two-story, 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Nampa, Idaho! The first floor features a large living area for conversation, a generous dining area with a see-through fireplace and two recliners, and an open kitchen for easy entertaining. You'll also find a laundry room, half bath, and a guest suite with a queen bed on this floor.
Upstairs, the family room loft awaits with a comfortable sectional and Smart TV. Adjacent to it is the expansive bunk room with 9 beds and another Smart TV. The remaining three rooms offer ample space, featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and a primary ensuite with a king bed. Additionally, two of the bedrooms have dedicated workspaces for those who need to stay productive.
The primary ensuite boasts a large closet, complete with a pack and play and a rocking recliner, perfect for young families. Outside, you can relax on the covered patio or enjoy picking fruit from the two fruit trees, if they happen to be in season. This home provides a delightful blend of comfort, functionality, and outdoor charm.
