Genießen Sie unser schönes 4-Zimmer-Haus in Meridian, im Herzen des Treasure Valley und weniger als 30 Minuten nach Boise, Eagle und Nampa. Dieses geräumige Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Betten, 2 Badezimmer, sowie eine Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett & Master-Bad mit Badewanne und große begehbare Dusche. Ein Schlafzimmer und Bad sind auf der Hauptebene. Die anderen sind oben.

Das Hauptgeschoss großes Zimmer hat Holzböden mit Bereich Teppiche, Wohn-und Essbereich und Küche. Die Gourmet-Küche hat Granit Zähler, Edelstahl-Geräte, und eine Französisch Tür Kühlschrank. Die Küche ist komplett mit großem Sortiment von Servier- & Kochutensilien ausgestattet, darunter ein Küchenhelfer und ein neuer Elektro-Saftpresse.

Für Unterhaltung bieten wir einen 55 "Flachbildfernseher, 150+ Direct TV Entertainment Package, Blu-Ray DVD Player, Internet und Wi-Fi. Und für die Kinder ... ein geheimes Spielzimmer ist unter der Treppe versteckt. Es hat ein Licht, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle und 2 große Wannen von Duplo Blöcken! Unsere "grandkids" lieben es dort zu spielen!

Das Hotel liegt in Paramount, einer gehobenen Unterteilung, diese prestigeträchtige Gemeinde verfügt über 2 Gemeinschaftspools (offener Memorial Day-Labor Day), ein Fitness-Center, offene Erholungsgebiete und ist nur wenige Minuten zum Einkaufen. Wir haben einen großen umzäunten Hinterhof, eine überdachte Terrasse Sitzecke mit Korbstühlen und Sofa, ein Gasgrill und eine Terrasse für draußen Esszimmer. Große befestigte 2-Auto-Garage wird Platz für fast alle Pkw oder Pick-up.

Du bist nur wenige Minuten zu Fred Meyers, Walmart, Sonic, Dutch Bros. Kaffee und das neueste und feinste Einkaufszentrum in Idaho, das Dorf in Meridian. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten bis 2 1/2 Stunden haben Sie Weltklasse-Radfahren, Mountainbiken und Wandern, Wildwasser-Rafting und Skifahren. Sie nennen es, und wir haben es wahrscheinlich.

Wedding Week

This house was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Meridian. The owners called me after seeing my worry in an email about renting the house since another Vrbo owner dumped my 8 month reservation a week before our arrival. Dave was very helpful and generous in letting us enter the house early. The house is beautiful as shown, quite, and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking through the lovely neighborhood and could decompress by the fireplace after a long day. With family members staying with us, the accommodations met everyone’s privacy and comfort needs as well. Lovely and spacious home!

This house was a great place for our 4 day weekend. It was so clean and was the best stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. It’s only 4 minutes from the Meridian LDS temple and a short drive to Eagle. Dave was so nice and easy to work with. He responded to all of my questions very quickly. There is a nice backyard and patio for warm weather days. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing stay in Meridian

Upon arriving in the driveway, we knew it would feel as if we were at home. This home was immaculate and had all the comforts one needs when traveling. From the beautiful backyard to the comfortable living area, everything about our stay was perfect. We were treated to a lovely stay and would not hesitate to book again with Dave and Kathy. Great Meredian Home

We rented this home for a wedding. David was so accommodating replying quickly to me several inquiries before ever arriving. Once we were there we had no reason to text him everything was perfect. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, actually walking distance to grocery and shops. Highly recommend

Terrific home in quiet neighborhood

This home was perfect for the size of our crew - 5 adults and 2 children. The house was very clean, easy entry situation, bedrooms were separated from the main living area so the kids could turn in early and not be bothered by us, the owner was very responsive and great to work with. This was the best home-away property that we have been to so far. 5 stars!

Perfect for our large family!!

This house was perfect for our family of eight. We all had space to ourselves but also some good common areas to gather. Location was great for the attractions we visited. The owners were fantastic with their communication, attention to detail and prompt replies when I had a couple questions. Family work trip

This was our first experience with vrbo. My husband, mom, and 3 children (one of them being 3 months) stayed at this residence and it was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and large enough for all of us. Having a washer/dryer, laundry and kitchen was perfect. We also enjoyed the back yard, where my family played nightly. We didn’t want to leave and I never want to stay at a hotel again. The property manager, Dave, was very accommodating and easy to reach. The neighborhood was amazing and made us want to live in something similar. I cannot say enough good things about it. We feel lucky to have been able to rent this house.

Best Ever

We wanted a place where four couples age +/- sixty could get together for a reunion. This was perfect. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated and seem to invite you in to relax awhile. The kitchen area is large enough that we comfortably accommodated eight adults preparing meals and cleaning up afterward. We easily found all the dishes and cooking utensils we needed, along with a supply of basic spices and condiments in the pantry and fridge. The great room area is perfect for both visiting or watching TV. The outdoor BBQ was an unexpected perk. The back yard is private and the landscaping is elegant. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. All of us were completely satisfied and would consider staying here again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It was the perfect place for us and we recommend it to others without hesitation..

This house is a gem!

This house in Meridian was spotless and it is obvious a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable and cozy. We came back to the house after being gone all day to change and ended up cuddled on the couch watching TV instead of going out to dinner! It is in a beautiful area, ideally located to destinations in Meridian and Boise. Dave was very responsive both by phone and email.

The host put a lot into the details, lots of towels, spices, little kids playroom, soap, qtips... lots of details that helped us enjoy our stay. We had some trouble with the AC and the owner got a tech out right away, we had a couple other small issues but they were quickly and kindly resolved. It's a beautiful place and we had a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay for a family

What an amazing experience we had at Dave's property! We were in town for a graduation and were able to have our son, my parents, and my husband's parents all stay together. There are several rooms and bathrooms, and enough space for everyone. We loved the setup, the cleanliness, and the backyard. There was also a neat little area for my son and he was able to play with a multitude of toys. Our parents commented on how lovely the property was and how perfect for our family. I highly recommend!
