GULF VIEW HOME ON CAPE SAN BLAS


Kings Landing, ein 5 Schlafzimmer, neu gebaute Haus (2013), die Mieter zu Jahr für Jahr zu genießen und Rückkehr erwartet. Dieses Haus hat eine frische, brandneue Gefühl zu ihm und die Besitzer haben versucht, alles zu berücksichtigen, ein Mieter brauchen könnte, ihren Aufenthalt zu genießen.


Die offene Garagenbereich bietet reichlich Platz für viele Autos parken. Es gibt auch einen Speicherbereich für alle Gäste ihre Liegen zu speichern, Sonnenschirme, Kühlboxen Poolbereich von der Garage Bereich als auch zugänglich ist. Der Poolbereich ist mit Stühlen und Tischen eingezäunt zum Entspannen. Es gibt auch einen Gasgrill im Poolbereich des Hauses zur Verfügung gestellt.


Auf der ersten Etage des Hauses finden Sie: ein Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit Bad und eigenem Zugang zum Blick auf den Golf-Deck. Ein Queen-Schlafzimmer mit Bad (Dusche) und Zugang zum Blick auf den Golf-Deck. Ein Schlafraum mit 2 Etagenbetten und ein weiteres Queen Schlafzimmer. Es gibt ein weiteres Badezimmer und Zugang zum Blick auf die Bucht Deck.


Die zweite Etage des Königs Landing hat Ihre Küche / Wohn- / Essbereich. Es gibt erstaunliche Ansichten !! Es gibt auch ein weiteres großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Badezimmer neben der Küche. Dieses Zimmer bietet einen Blick auf St. Josephs Bay.


Dieses Haus ist mit kostenlosem / WLAN und kostenlose Fern. Es gibt Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und viel Platz für alle zu essen. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8, gibt es eine Bar, die 4 und einen Tisch auf dem Deck außerhalb Sitze, die 4 Sitze. The elevator was extremely nice, we had in laws who would have had a difficult time going up the 3 flights of stairs. The home was big enough to accommodate our family of 7, and our dog.The management company was great. They were very responsive. There was a problem with the a/c that occurred. The temp reached 80 degrees. They were able to fix it the following day, however, we did have to endure the heat for an evening & overnight.Even though the photos showed televisions in every room, the only tv with streaming capabilities was in the main living area. No other televisions were able to be utilized. All televisions were outdated. The home is beautiful, however, it is clear the owners are not making needed capital improvements on their property.The pool was great to have, however, the area surrounding the pool needs updates. Weeds around the pool, tiles had fallen off and were stacked in the back area.We enjoyed several restaurants in Port St Joe. We also traveled to Apalachicola and St George Island. We absolutely loved this area of Florida. And we loved that it was not overcrowded.Overall, we enjoyed coming to Cape San Blas. We would probably search for a more updated property if we were to return.

We only had a couple of problems with things (i.e. tv, loose rails on pool) and they were addressed quickly and professionally.

Great having the elevator to send all the supplies up. My husband has a hard time with stairs so he really appreciated the elevator too. The air conditioning on the top level ran all the time but couldn’t cool the house with all the sun that came in. 2nd level stayed nice and cool. All in all it was a great house and I would stay there again.

We were seeking a beach that would be quiet, and the location was perfect. The beach access was directly across the street, making getting down to the beach a breeze. The street is quiet and there are several undeveloped lots, meaning the beach was never crowded and there weren't other beach goers within 30 feet of us. The house stairs were intimidating at first, but we found we didn't use the elevator all week. The sunsets were fantastic from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked including an instapot and a crockpot. We enjoyed walking to the Trading Post and to St. Joe Shrimp Co for delicious steamed seafood. We would definitely like to return.

Reviewer Comments: Although not directly on beach, this home had easy access and we could see the ocean. The living and dining area and the bathroom were nice and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked although some cookware was dirty. Cleaning could have been more thorough. Now for the not so good part. We had roaches, which we reported and an exterminator came. One of the gates to the pool was broken and I called and it was repaired that day. What was very disappointing was that we had an awful odor in the refrigerator, which I also reported. I was told that all that could be done for this was to give us baking soda. We got two boxes, but the odor was still there, all week long. We brought our boat and the incline of the driveway to the house caused the boat to drag, which also happened with a van.

We had a maintenance issue with a door that never got resolved and figuring out how to work all TV's is always an issue, but all in all a very pleasant stay.

The Kings Landing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my third year doing business with Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals. These people are very professional and are class acts.Homes are very well kept. Kings Landing has been our favorite so far. The top floor balcony is screened in and bug free. The sunsets are incredible. You can hear the waves splashing and have great view of the Gulf of Mexico although your not directly on the beach. The acess. to the beach is very close and convenient.Highly recommend the whole package!! We will be back again next year!!

Beautiful vacation home for large family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family spent a wonderful week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. There were 5 adults and 5 children in our group, and it housed us comfortably. The AC was powerful and appreciated when temps went to 100. The pool was nicely shaded around 4 and the kids and I had lots of fun there. The beach itself is gorgeous and just across the street. Coastal Joes was excellent and responsive. Excellent house!
