As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and fully equipped kitchen, providing all the essentials for preparing delicious meals during your stay. To the right of the entrance, you'll discover the second bedroom, thoughtfully furnished with a set of twin beds, ideal for accommodating additional guests or children. Across the hall from the Guest bedroom you will make your way to the Primary bedroom, a retreat with a luxurious king bed and ample natural light, creating a serene ambiance. Continuing past the kitchen, you'll enter the inviting dining area, featuring a beautiful table with seating for four, where you can enjoy meals and engage in lively conversations. The dining area seamlessly flows into the spacious living area, adorned with a new sectional sofa. Recently purchased 10/23. Just off the living area you have a quiet patio with comfy furniture to sit outside and enjoy a beverage of choice.

The Colonnade Club is a remarkable vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation, providing guests with access to top-notch amenities. Take advantage of the tennis and golf courses, perfect for enthusiasts of these sports. When you need a break from the sun, cool off in the on-site pool and heated spa, available from April 15th through September. For your convenience, a pool house is also provided. Additionally, the Colonnade Club grounds feature two community gas grills, allowing you to indulge in outdoor grilling and dining experiences.
