This cozy beautiful place sits directly on the Riverwalk in the heart of Downtwn San Antonio. Catch a glimpse of the Riverwalk in 1 of the bedrooms. It is in the heart of everything & steps away frm delicious dining, exciting attractions, great nightlife & entertainment. This apt is in a historic building with beautiful 12 ft ceilings & large windows. This is not an ordinary "cookie cutter" apartment. It has been specifically curated with specific details to make your stay extra special. It is in the heart of downtown San Antonio. Walk right out onto the Riverwalk & enjoy the ambience.

This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)
This apartment also has a K-cup coffee maker with a supply of coffee, creamer & sugars for your convenience.

After a refund request was declined in accordance with the cancellation policy, this review was submitted. Thank you. Just to mention, this location is not tucked away in a secluded neighborhood. It is in the heart of downtown, 1 block away from most hotels and directly across the street from the beautiful historic Bexar County Courthouse with alot of law enforcement activity

Riverwalk Proximity

You can sit on the patio off the 2nd floor of the property and watch the Riverwalk barges go by! Rooms were beautifully decorated and were exactly as presented in the advertisements. Our hostess, Angela, was wonderful! You actually get a person to talk to when you have questions! You won't be disappointed!

Just plain great!

My Sister, Aunt, Cousin and I were in town for a play at the Majestic. This apartment was within walking distance to the theater and was so very perfect for us. So cute & comfortable! Saw a lot of the tenants while there & all were very kind & friendly. Nice beds & all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your review. Had you reached out to me, I would have told you how to access the Patio. It is never closed. San Antonio is experiencing a growth spurt and there are alot of downtown beautification projects going on, so just be aware that if you book a downtown property (even a hotel) there is going to be some downtown noise. However, I do provide a box fan that guest like to use for white noise and it works out quite nicely.

Fabulous location!

This apartment was perfect and even better than we had expected. Yes, the living area is small but appointed in a way that made it feel just fine. The bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. The elevator made it simple to manage our luggage. The location could not have been better, quiet but central to everything. We were just 2 people, however, and I can’t imagine more than 4 in this apartment!

This apartment was so homey and cozy. It was 5 of us… my husband, myself and our 3 children ages 11,13,20. They also loved the apartment. We could get a glimpse of the riverwalk from one of the bedrooms. Could sit out on the complex balcony and enjoy the scenery a little better. Just a few steps from the stairs that lead down to RW.

Amazingly decorated and San Antonio is a great little city!

Smaller than thought, but it was great to have a place where we could hang out drinking coffee in the mornings, having individual conversations while others get ready. Cooking might be a challenge, but it appeared to be well equipped. We got Voodoo and breakfast tacos. The beds were soooo comfortable! I would not recommend more than 4 grownups. The 2nd floor balcony was a wonderful place to hang out. It was my first VRBO. So, my learning curve was a bit anxious, however it worked out beautifully.

Great location and a great value for what we paid. Access to the River Walk was right outsude our door and the Alamo was right down the street. The property manager, Ang, was super easy to work with and very quick to respond to messages. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Antonio. I booked this apartment because I loved the design element and it did not disappoint! From lighting to decor, it was perfect. If you love old architecture with modern convenience, this is the place for you to stay! Within walking distance of The Alamo, Markey Square and all of the restaurants and shopping on The Riverwalk while being far enough off the beaten path to be a quiet and peaceful place to rest and recharge. There is also a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and an outdoor area where we enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking The Riverwalk and Lovelock Bridge.

My wife and I are from Australia and stayed here in Feb 2026. The unit is absolutely gorgeous. It is fully equiped with everything you need for a stay close to all the sites in downtown San Antonio. The details in the description provided by the owner are correct. The main bedroom has a king size bed which was great after a long day exploring. Access to the riverwalk is just across the the street. Communication wit the owner was perfect. Clear instructions and expectations for our visit. There is a laundry on the same floor which was very convenient.
