This location is amazing. I grew up in San Antonio and have always wanted to stay downtown during spring break. My family and I truly enjoyed this property. It is close enough to walk to the family, friendly areas downtown as well as cozy spots for just the grown-ups. The hosts were responsive and caring.

We had an exceptional stay. Sarah went above and beyond to accommodate us. The property was very clean and well stocked. Excellent stay start to finish! Cozy and charming condo with thoughtful touches at every turn. Beds were v comfortable. We loved walking to the river and around KW too. There is no reserved parking but we never had trouble finding a space, so don’t let that stop you! Dining and social spots are all within easy walking distance too. Great part of town if you enjoy historical residential architecture.

Great spot for weekend getaway

This was a great location and very clean and comfortable apartment. Three college friends met in San Antonio for a girls’ weekend. We enjoyed time in the apartment as well as the local restaurants and the River Walk. Highly recommend.

Wonderful King William Historic District

We very much enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated, clean and tidy apartment, with all needed amenities. Great location, one block from the Riverwalk, an easy 15-20 minute stroll to downtown. Many of the best King William district grand homes are located just around the corner, including the historic Guenther House (terrific for breakfast or lunch) and the grand Villa Finale House. Highly recommend.

Great property, great location!

This condo is perfect. The space was clean and modern and the communication with the host was so easy. Besides all the things the listing says the condo is close to it was also really convenient to get to the Spurs game. There are multiple bike share docks nearby and lots of great restaurants. Definitely would rent again.

Charming property, GREAT HOST, close to everything

This property was absolutely perfect. We had a family of 5 come and stay, the neighborhood was beautiful and walking distance to restaurants. The host was on point, she responded fast to any questions and was so kind and genuine. I love the host had everything you could possibly need. Everything was user friendly and labeled so we did not have to search. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this beautiful property.

San Antonio Dec 26-30

We loved our visit to San Antonio! I always wanted to see the River Walk and the Alamo. We also went to the Alamo Bowl and it was a great game! The apartment was perfect, in a beautiful and historic neighborhood called King William, that was only a 10 minute walk from downtown and the heart of the restaurants and shops of the River Walk. I highly recommend a visit, and I highly recommend Sarah as a host.

Perfect spot to explore San Antonio

We had a fabulous family trip to San Antonio, and this home was the perfect jumping off point. It’s located in the historic King William district, and a walk to the part of the river walk with all the restaurants and activities is just 7-10 mins. The house itself is small but extremely well-designed so that it didn’t feel small for our family of four. Our kids shared the 2nd bedroom (2 beds), and my husband and I stared in the main bedroom. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The owners have labeled the lights and other fixtures for ease of operation. We would definitely return!

Comfortable, convenient and perfectly located.

We are so happy to have chosen this spot for our recent visit to San Antonio. The close proximity to the riverwalk, along with the ability to stay in such a fine neighborhood, made it a wonderful choice. Sarah was a delight to work with from my initial questions to a thorough explanation of directions prior to our stay. Her book that was left of suggestions for places to eat and visit was very helpful. We really enjoyed being close to the riverwalk and all it has to offer. Plus, when checking out, getting to the airport was a breeze. Definitely would stay here again!

This home is located in a gorgeous historic neighborhood. As you walk along the picturesque tree-lined streets you can walk to the River Walk or several eateries/bars are just right outside the door.

This completely renovated historic 2 bedroom condo has original hardwood floors from the 1920's and gorgeous wood shiplap paneling.

Whether you are eating out or dining in, the kitchen features all the essentials you will need to make a gourmet meal.

There is a security gate at the entrance of the condo. Once inside the gate you will have a general entrance to the private condo. There is a self check-in for your convenience.

Just walk 2 blocks and you will arrive at the River Walk entrance and close to downtown. Right outside the home are several eateries & bars.

Ample Free parking in front of the condo and throughout the neighborhood

Less than 5 minute walk to public bus stop and hop on hop off bus. The Enterprise rental car company is approx. a 6 minute walk. There are scooters & bikes that you can rent throughout King William Historic District and Downtown San Antonio.

Well appointed home that includes all the extras: snacks, filtered water, coffee pods, sugar and creamer, tea kettle with an assortment of teas, spices for cooking, olive oil, makeup wipes, q-tips etc.

Early check in and late check out may be available at no additional cost if available.
