More art installation than house, the Atlanta Art House is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. A 20-year project of artist "King Pig," this home is covered in hand-painted walls, original art, oddities, stone and wood work. Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, it's peaceful inside and out, with a screened-in porch and big woodsy backyard. With easy access to Atlanta's best sites, it's a perfect place for exploring the city. If you decide to stay in, it's an experience all its own.

The Art House features three bedrooms including a cozy loft and the quaint "monk's cell." Two bathrooms include an indoor stone shower. The foyer is part-dining room, part-living room with a state-of-the-art OLED TV. Spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has a bar nook. Play a board game or read a book in the library. Double doors lead to a screened porch perfect for those long Southern evenings with friends or family. The large backyard is full of discoveries and places to hang out.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, right off I-20 for easy access. The driveway can comfortably park 3 cars.

-Coffee station is fully stocked with whole bean and ground coffee, decaf coffee, tea, regular and dairy-free creamery, and go-cups.
-Standing, movable fans available for you breezy sleepers - we see you!
-We have Xfinity stream with live channels, plus Netflix. Other apps are available on our smart tvs with your own login.
-Washer and dryer with detergent for doing laundry while away from home.

The entire property is yours to enjoy. Come and go as you please with keyless entry. Driveway comfortably fits three cars. Host lives nearby and is available for questions and troubleshooting.

This home features original art, reclaimed materials, narrow staircases, and uneven stone pathways. For this reason, all guests must be at least 18 years of age. Please be careful when moving around the property. Some art includes graphic language. Please no pets, parties, or outside guests. All commercial work, filming, or photography, must receive prior approval in writing and may may be subject to an additional fee.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Dan Hagerty is a lifelong artist who, in his own words, views his work as “the only pure freedom I know.” From Atlanta to North Dakota to Munich, Germany, Dan has blazed a unique creative trail for himself in the mediums of murals, graphics, and quirky home design. Known as the artist “King Pig,” Dan’s artwork carries deep personal significance and bold intent. His former house in Atlanta has served as a family home full of great memories, great parties, and great pieces of art. It’s much more than just a house: it’s a dynamic voyage into the world of Dan’s inventive mind — “A world with no pretense, judgment, rules or regulations.” Dan now lives in Eastpoint, Florida.
