The bungalow is located near numerous attractions, including Mercedes Benz Stadium, Atlantic Station, Ga Aquarium, World of Coke, & Six Flags over Georgia, all within a 5-mile radius. There were several issues with the property during our stay and the owner attempted to address our concerns. However it was obvious that he does not live near the property and was entrusting the maintenance to others who did not do their job prior to our arrival.

This spot was EVERYTHING! Super easy to find right off 20, and the driveway had more than enough space for all three of our cars—felt totally safe. The house was exactly as listed—no surprises, just the perfect size and layout. The kitchen and living areas? Spacious, comfy, and stocked with everything we needed. Honestly, it felt like home the minute we walked in. I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in Atlanta—and you should too!

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The rental was dirty upon arrival(sticky floors, sticky counter tops, smells like dogs, etc.) despite the 150 cleaning fee that is charged to each booking. The internal trash cans were full from the previous guests, and the master bedroom closet looked like a tornado went through it. The master bathroom toilet had vomit on it, and the bedding had stains from makeup and whatever else, forcing us to wash everything before we could sleep.Beyond the cleanliness issues, there were several maintenance problems. The A/C filters were VERY dirty and the unit struggled to cool the house, making for an uncomfortably warm night (82 degrees the entire stay) The refrigerator water filter hasn't been changed since 2022 (the refrigerator says when it was last changed) , and the house alarm randomly went off, waking us up late at night due to a broken backdoor sensor. The backyard furniture was also too dirty to use, which was a major letdown as it was one of the reasons we booked this property. Overall, we spent the beginning of our birthday trip cleaning instead of relaxing, which is unacceptable. I could keep listing things wrong with my stay but you get the point and I'd like to end it here. The house is beautiful, don't get me wrong, but they definitely need a new cleaning/maintenance person!

Nice place with plenty of room.

This property was very comfortable and worked great for our family get together as we played tourist in Atlanta for the weekend. It was clean and close to the Georgia Aquarium and downtown. It had plenty of room for 6 adults and was quiet in the evenings.

CFP National Championship

We were in town to watch ND vs OSU and loved this home. The home was as listed, well stocked and sparkling clean. The location was good - we drove to the Holmes station and took the MARTA to the stadium for the game which was such a great option. We were home quickly after the game and avoided traffic!! The only thing I would mention is that the neighborhood is turning over, it’s a mix of beautifully maintained homes (like this one), some new construction and some needing or undergoing some work. Neighborhood is not close to grocery stores or restaurants so a car is helpful.

The home was nice and modern. Really enjoyed my stay. Communiaction with owner was good. He responded in a timely manner. My ONLY concern was the wifi speed. It buffered a LOT. Other than that, I have no notes.

Birthday Getaway

We booked this home for a mini getaway for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The home was beautiful and just as described! Very clean! Very spacious! My family loved it! The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded to any questions I had promptly. Lovely stay! We would definitely book this location again when staying in Atlanta. Close to the aquarium and restaurants.

Thanksgiving Celebration

My family was there to celebrate Thanksgiving. While only 8 of us stayed coming from North Carolina and Alabama, we had several members join us who live in the Atlanta area, The house was exactly as pictured on VRBO, the community was accessible to our family who lived close by. We did experience a problem with the dishwasher/sink for a day but the host responded immediately. We certainly will consider return next year.
