The base rate includes up to 6 guests; each additional person (including visitors) is charged $50 per person, per night or per day visit. All individuals entering the property must be disclosed and approved in advance. Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the stay, or cancellation without refund.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated if arranged in advance.

Trash Disposal and Recycling: Please use designated trash bins for waste disposal, and recycling is encouraged. Instructions are provided in the house manual.
