The locations was perfect, walkable to shops & beaches. Having access to the Hilton pools was a great addition for our family.Will definitely stay here again.

This ground floor condo was great, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, easy check in and out, responsive hosts, pool and beach equipment, ac was blasting when we arrived. Location is great so close to queen shops and king shops that include groceries, restaurants, etc. close to beaches, lava lava and the Hilton. The Hilton pool pass was great just keep in mind they have basically zero umbrellas at the Hilton unless u pay 200 a day for their cabanas, but the salt water lagoon, and slides for kids is great. We traveled with myself, my husband, and my two girls 13 and 17 and this place was perfect. The only thing I would mention is the pools are in the smaller side and get very warm but still a great location, stay, price, will definitely book again

Great location and Villa was everything we needed! Close to a really beautiful beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery. Definitely would recommend a stay here .. Mahalo!

We always stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas and F2 is a great condo. Stocked with everything needed for a week long stay. Don’t have to overpack with the laundry in condo. Community hot tub was not working but outside of owners control.

The property is better than advertised, bigger and very modern. Location is quiet and relaxing, pools are well taken care of, and the unit was well equipped. One thing I would add, the beach is further than it seems on the map, but you can walk there or drive. The Hilton pass is very nice to have. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

Perfect Family Friendly Condo

We had the best time at this condo! The condo looks new and beautiful, but the furniture was very kid-friendly. It was relaxing for adults and comfortable for kids. The moment we walked in we were greeted with island music, which was a fun touch! The appliances worked well and the management company was responsive with questions ahead of time. We can’t wait to book again!

Highly recommended, would stay here again!

Our family of four was exceptionally comfortable and happy in this condo. It was stunning and had so many details thought of ahead of time. We stayed a week and had plenty of basic supplies like laundry detergent, toilet paper, cooking spray and trash bags. All the stuff I take for granted until we run out and I have to run out to buy it on my own. The condo itself was in a great location and just beautiful and cozy. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels and cute Hawaiian decor. This place seems like someone put a lot of love into decorations and caring for it. 5 stars and would absolutely come back and stay here again.

Toilet in master was not clean. Had trouble finding the unit and was not happy couldn’t reach a live person on checking in. Should have been reimbursed for a half day when water was to be turned off. Grounds & pool beautiful with friendly staff.

Nice place to stay. Condo was very clean and was nicely furnished. I would rent again.

Property was easy to access. Property was well maintained. Garage door opener control didn't work very well. Television didn't get good reception. Netflix should have been included in rental.

Great new find in the Waikoloa Resort Area

Loved this place!! This unit (F2) had fabulous furnishings and vibe. Wasn’t terribly happy with the mix of 2700 and 5000 warmth light bulb mixed (would be such a minimal cost to fix to 2700 / soft lights). Truly Appreciated the great instructions, laundry, and great shopping at Queens and Kings marketplaces. Mixed on the Hilton pool pass since it was generally kiddo & downscale. Future visits would not be dependent on this. Really loved the on-site pools which had great chairs, umbrellas and the pools. Nothing like being across, the street from the first-ever Island Gourmet. So impressed, would love to purchase one of these units. Great rental.

Big Island holiday

We had a very nice time during our stay. Being on the ground floor was nice for the kids as they had easy access to the grounds and found other kids to play with. We enjoyed mornings on the lanai and the daily visit from the black cat. We left a shot glass as there wasn't one in the unit. The rice cooker and appliances were all in good condition and very nice to have. The garage is small...hard to park our large rental SUV. We had some parking challenges but overall, it was fine. The grounds are kept very nice and the pool was enjoyable. The property is very strict on pool toys, even if you're in the pool alone. We enjoyed our time in Puako and would stay again.
