Cozy studio in the heart of the RiNo Art District near downtown Denver. The place is furnished, modern, and clean.
The space
The space is a cozy studio with a full kitchen, living room nook, and bathroom. This home is perfect for a Denver getaway. Cook elaborate meals or chop some wood and roast some s'mores in the fire pit on the patio of our private, lighted courtyard.
IMPORTANT: The ceiling in this unit has a low clearance in places. It might not be comfortable for someone taller than 5'10".

Awesome place to stay in the heart of RiNo! RiNo is is a thriving urban area full of art and activity year-round. There are a dozen breweries, great bars, dispensaries, and trendy restaurants within walking distance. We are also across the street from a large, well-lit park that includes lots of mature trees and a tennis court. The 16th Street Mall and other attractions are a 4 minute Uber ride.
Other things to note
Guests will have a private courtyard entrance as well as access to the courtyard with fire pit and space for eating.
