Red Rocks is about 15 - 20 minutes, as there are many events in the area!
The Edgewater Public Market is 4 minutes away, an awesome place to visit.
Casa Bonita a landmark of Denver is only around the corner.
Just a few minutes driving to Downtown Denver.
The Broncos Stadium, Coors Field, Ball Arena!
Close to downtown, Lo-Hi, Highlands Denver, light rail, and the mountains!
This is a beautiful, one bedroom unit with a walk in closet.
The washer/ dryer in a spacious laundry room, new appliances, and a wood burning fireplace!
You’ll enjoy your stay, the ambiance, the outdoor patio, and privacy.
The bathroom has a bathtub as well.
Have your privacy on the outdoor patio in this unit that is situated at the quiet West end of the complex, which is also just a few short feet away from the pool.
Parks, restaurants, and Sloans Lake are only a few minutes away and within walking distance!
The complex has a clubhouse, and a large seasonal pool for cooling off in the summer.
This condo features a living room, bathroom, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The living room has a smart TV for you to watch movies or listen to great music.

Guests have access to all areas in the Condo except the owner's closet in the living room.

Interaction with guests

Guests have complete privacy yet the owner is only a text message away to answer any questions. Rides to Red Rocks shows (or other areas), hot springs and/or dispensary tours, rides to and from the airport are available for an extra charge depending on availability. Just ask :)

Other things to note

This property is accessible in any season and there are fun things to do anytime of the year. The road is plowed at the same time as the highways in the winter season, but an AWD car is recommended if snow is expected. You will be provided with menus and guides to experience the most of this beautiful state! Free Wifi is given and you will be provided with the information once you arrive.
Light refreshments are provided upon check-in consisting of coffee, is provided to start the morning! One body towel, hand towel, and washcloth will be provided for the duration of your stay between one to five nights. Fresh towels will be provided after 7 nights. Should you prefer additional towels during your stay, please let us know so that we may accommodate you better.

Metallica concets

My brother and I came to Denver to go to the Metallica concerts. We had a blast. Our vrbo was a nice place in a nice neighborhood, with lots of stuff to do near by. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay!

The place is located in a safe area with a lake and cute downtown area within walking distance. The hosts were great to communicate with and very kind! It was perfect for a little weekend getaway!

Cozy and convenient

I’m very satisfied with this stay overall. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned for a long weekend (concert at Red Rocks, Denver Zoo and Rocky Mountains). The host was wonderful with communication. Only downside was that the pool was unavailable. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Denver.

We spent the weekend in Denver and the condo was perfect. It was small and we did not need much size. So it was perfect!! It was in a nice neighborhood and right next to casa Bonita !!

The property was very nice. Any thing you would need for a short stay was included. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. We will definitely consider staying here again if avaliable for our next visit. Our son lives in Denver. So we visit about 4 times per year.

Apt by Sloan's Lake

The apt was nice and well equipped. Our hosts were most accommodating with quick responses to our questions. We had plenty of parking close-by and the area was quiet and private. We will book again if we come back to this part of the country!

Horrible Bed

This was a cute small unit. Very quiet area but neighborhood seemed scratchy. Only real complaint was the horrible BED. Really need to change it and then I would have given a 5 star rating.

Perfect little place centrally located

We stayed with our pup for a long weekend and were able to get everywhere we needed to go & felt very comfortable. All the neighbors were super helpful and friendly! It is a little tricky to find at first, but we loved the apartment all together would stay here again!

Great stay

Nice location. Safe neighborhood. I love that they don’t empty frig between guests and had condiments. The bowl on dining table w/water bottles and snacks for guests was also a nice touch. Hosts responsive. Would book again if in the area as it was conveniently located near family I was visiting.

Cozy and comfortable in a great area

Niko’s condo was perfect for me and my girlfriend’s trip to Denver. Extremely convenient location near Red Rocks (20min drive) and Sloan’s Lake with plenty to see and do in the area. The condo itself was comfortable and accommodating and the area felt very safe. Would recommend!
