LOCATION
Located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead end street.

GUEST COUNT
Hillside Retreat can accommodate a maximum of eight (8) guests per stay. We apologize for any inconvenience, but there are no exceptions. In addition, the primary responsible renter must be at least 25 years old.

PETS
Pets are not permitted at Hillside Retreat due to the owners having severe allergies to pets. There are no exceptions to this rule.

HOT TUB
Guests must follow our posted hot tub rules at all times. And children must be supervised when near or in the hot tub.

SECURITY CAMERA
We have one security camera that faces and monitors the driveway and entry door.

SMOKING
To keep our home fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $300 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal.

PARTIES & EVENTS
Parties and events are not allowed at any time. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 fee and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep our home in wonderful shape for all guests to enjoy.
