The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all essential cookware. The adjacent dining area seats eight comfortably, perfect for shared meals and conversations.

The following policies and information ensure a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable stay:

Pre-arrival requirement

All guests must complete a short liability agreement at least twenty-four hours before check-in. Instructions will be provided after submission.

Check-in

Self check-in via keyless entry. A unique access code is provided on the day of arrival and is updated after each stay for security.

Guest policy

Maximum occupancy applies. Only registered guests are allowed. Towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for registered guests only.

Age requirement

The primary renter must be twenty-five years or older.

Optional services (additional fee)

• Early check-in: $200, subject to availability
• Late check-out: $200 for up to two additional hours, if available
• Pack ’n Play / travel crib: $100 per stay (request at least one week prior)

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fine applies for violations.

Climate & environment

Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running to prevent humidity issues. Florida’s tropical climate may include insects or wildlife; routine pest control is performed.

Security

Exterior cameras monitor the perimeter for safety purposes only.

Inventory & damages

An inventory check is completed after each stay. Guests are responsible for missing or damaged items.

Commercial use

The property may not be used for business, events, or promotional purposes.
