Our family had a wonderful holiday at Aquabella. The home is beautiful and the location is perfect for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Communication with By the Sea Vacation Villas is excellent. They check in by text message to see if anything is needed or if there are any questions. We hope to return to Aquabella for future visits.

We recently stayed at Casa Aquabella over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was beautiful, and we absolutely loved the location - a very quick walk to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and the beach right outside Aruba and Anglin' Al's. We also found a great new coffee shop called Crema that was very close by!The master suite and another bedroom with private bathroom are all on the main floor, but separated by the living room, so very private and easy access for getting your luggage in and out! The living room is huge, has a really nice leather sectional couch with two built in recliners. There's a seating area by the main entry as well. The kitchen is also very nicely appointed - just a note in case you can't tell from the photos, there are not double ovens - it's one oven and a microwave above.For the upstairs, there's a really nice area for an office. My husband used this everyday and set up is computer at the desk and worked easily here while being away from everyone else. There are two bedrooms upstairs that share a "jack and jill" bathroom and then another bedroom that doesn't have it's own bathroom, so that guest had to share other bathrooms, which was a little bit difficult at times but not too bad.The dining room is really big, it was so nice to have a large table for our Thanksgiving meal! The TV in the dining room and kitchen is awesome and huge too!The pool area is a little bit on the smaller side but still very nice! We loved our time here! Thank you!

Beautiful and Clean Vacation House

My entire family absolutely had a wonderful time at Casa Aquabella this last April. The pool was so beautiful and we all enjoyed it so much! It's a wonderful location as you can walk anywhere you may need to go! We had enough closet space, seating and the beds were good too. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect!

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday and stayed for a week with a family of 8 between the ages of 15 to 64. The customer service and hospitality was top tier. They went the extra mile and placed a few balloons inside the home before we arrived and even sent a replacement blender the same day when we let them know the one there wasn't working. I appreciated the texts throughout the week to make sure everything was good. I have nothing but good things to say about the property, customer service and the location of the house. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This is a beautiful, well appointed property in a lovely neighborhood. It is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops in Lauderdale by the Sea. The owners were easy to work with and any questions received a quick response. We had a marvelous week there.

Casa Aquabella was everything we hoped it would be

This house was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone had their own space, the pool area is incredible, and the house is located within walking distance to everything you need. The only thing to note, as specified in the listing, is that the three bedrooms upstairs share a jack and jill bathroom which can only be accessed through a bedroom. This wasn't an issue for our family group, but it might be if you have non-family staying. If you are a fast walker, you can get to Publix or the beach in about 7 minutes. It took my 70 year old parents about 12-15 minutes walking. You are also about that distance walking to commercial boulevard if you need some restaurants. The team at by the sea vacation villas is incredibly responsive and helped us with what we needed. As we were there during Thanksgiving, they decorated the house with a Christmas tree and beautiful place settings. The house has a wagon with beach chairs and beach and pool toys at the ready. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. There is also golf cart shuttle service if you don't feel like walking. I can't say enough good things about this house. We hope to be back next year.

We have 8 ladies that have been to traveling together to Florida for over 20 years. We've stayed all over the state. This was our favorite house by far!! It had everything we needed. We did a lot of cooking and all of the comforts of home were available. This house was clean and updated with all of the newest appliances. The house stayed cool enough and it was very warm while we were there. Upper 80's for the most part. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated for the week and it was well worth it...(We're old and preferred the water warmer). If I had to come up with anything negative to say it would be that it was a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. BUT there were free golf cart rides available! I highly recommend staying here. It really is a lovely home. Will be back again for sure!

Amazing Fort Lauderdale Home

Incredible luxury vacation home. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and this was the perfect home for a family vacation. Enough beds for each teenager and space to hang out in. The pool area was so comfortable with a great bbq, some water toys and a shaded area for relaxing. The inside was also spectacular. Clean, spotless, incredibly functional kitchen with everything needed to cook. The beds were so comfortable and we definitely didn’t want to leave. The management running maintained great communication and checked in with us frequently to ensure our stay was perfect. Very close to the beach and restaurants, the location was perfect. Only reco is to have some hooks installed in the bathrooms so there is a spot to hang up towels. I would recommend this home to anyone!!!

What a beautiful home Everything is there that you need it's beautifully decorated and pristine condition. If I had one little comment it would be that upstairs only has 1 bathroom between 3 bedrooms but it still wouldn't put me off staying there again it's amazing. The location is brilliant as well. Great family getaway

Absolutely Wonderful Experience the Whole Way Through!

This was the best stay from the House and Furnishings to the Ammenities, Setup of the House and Hosts!! I can't say enough about this. We will definitey come back. Location, Location, Location!! Absolutely the BEST!! More about the hosts! The hosts stayed in contact the whole time and constantly asked how they could make our stay better. We didn't need much but nice to know they were always there. They had an instruction book on how to work everything! Our experience was absolutely perfect and we will be back! P.S. Exceptional and unforgettable vacation!

If I could add more stars I sure would! From the location to the villa, I don't know where to start! First we walked into a beautiful vacation villa and blown away from the opening door, the set up of the villa is meant for multiple families to enjoy their privacy and to have corner of your mini property with in the house! Everyone felt like we lived in different room! The spa, pool and outside yard is a mini heavenly Florida imagination that you picture when you picture Florida with your privacy twist on it! Control the spa and pool via ipad so you don't need to look for gauges or call a professional.Relax when you want, swim when you want, grill when you want and tan when you want! Its perfect for young and adults! I would like to thank Casa Aquabella for a mesmerizing and unforgettable vacation! We will definitely be seeing you again and you only! You have represented Fort Lauderdale on the highest level! This is our 6th Florida city visit 6th vacation across Florida and you are out number 1!
