The property is perfect for multigenerational families like ours. With numerous bathrooms, large kitchen with some spices and other extras, 2 laundry rooms, covered porch, 2 living spaces, and a garage with pool floats and pickleball gear, we felt like we were at a resort. We hiked by day, but thoroughly enjoyed the rental and all of its amenities each evening. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful house, spacious and comfortable furnishings. Near a very busy street and noisy well into the evening hours. Carpeted areas of the house very dirty. Hard to get Wi-Fi in major rooms of the house. When I arrived, I found nine windows open or unlocked. Cupboard counts are not accurate. There is a grease slick going up the cupboards above the stove and on the ceiling as well.Overall, I would not rent this home again.

Fun Stay in St. George

We really enjoyed our stay! I felt like there was plenty of space for our family of nine. I loved that it had two living rooms and a kitchen full of the items we needed to prepare meals. The place was relatively clean though I would maybe have someone check the doors and frames around the doors. I noticed that there was a lot of built up grime on those. But really, that's a tiny minuscule thing compared to the cleanliness of the rest of the place.

Wonderful property

The home was absolutely beautiful and stocked with all the basic necessities for our group. The pool/pickle ball area was a lot of fun and such a short walk from the home. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the property manager checked in by text to be sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this location and property manager for any upcoming stays in the beautiful Washington/St. George area.

Great Place to Ring in the New Year

We loved staying at this large and well-appointed home during winter break. The house has everything you need to comfortably host 10 people, the water park/pickle ball recreation area for the development are just a few feet from this residence, and it is near tons of activities, restaurants, and shopping. We will definitely be back.

Nice property. We had a good time. The only suggestion would be that it looked like the carpet needed to be cleaned in the master bedroom. Not a big deal. We would stay again.

This condo/house was so perfect!! We loved all the bathrooms and the washer and dryers on each level!! There was plenty of laundry soap, paper towels, tp and pool towels!! They even provided tubes for the pool!! It was soooo clean as well!! This has been our favorite place to stay as a family!! Also, inside the house is pretty sound proof!!
