This home is made to accommodate your entire group with sleeping arrangements for up to 22+ people with 6 private bedrooms plus an upstairs open area. The upscale unit offers a fully functional kitchen, multiple patios for you to relax on, 8 flat-screen TVs, 4 Xbox360 and a Wii console with multiple games, Classic arcade, hi-speed WiFi, and corn hole.

Included at no additional cost are a community fitness center, foosball and pool table, BBQ area, pickle ball and basketball courts, and the LARGEST private resort pool in the state of Utah including a waterpark and large lazy river. The pool & all amenities are open 365 days a year from 9 am to 10 pm. The fitness center is available at any time (early morning at 6 am, etc.) with the fob key provided to you.

The downstairs gathering area includes 3 leather sofas along with a 75” large screen TV along with an Xbox360 gaming console with all your favorite games.

The kitchen area has a large island that seats 4 people, a beautiful dining table with 10 chairs connecting to an outside patio table with 2 benches seating a total of 8 people along with a small children’s table that can seat 4 (total 26). The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, mugs, cups, silverware, pots, pans, skillets, storage containers, crockpot, salad bowls, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, hand mixer, casserole dishes, pancake griddle, waffle maker, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, high chair, knives, cutting boards, dish towels, outside BBQ with tools, & more.

The rental has a pack n play and high chair for your convenience.

Bedroom #3 (sleeps 2) Upstairs master bedroom. Included is a King size bed with a comfortable mattress, large screen TV, desk to set up your laptop, 2 lounge chairs, private full-sized bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet area, walk-in closet, and a sliding door leading to a shared patio.

Bedroom #4 (sleeps 2) Upstairs bedroom. Included is a King size bed with a comfortable mattress, large screen TV, walk-in closet, bathroom with private vanity and shared shower and toilet area.

Bedroom 5 (sleeps 8) Upstairs bedroom. Included are 2 Queen-sized bunk beds with comfortable mattresses, large screen TV, Xbox 360, Wii, 6-drawer dresser, and 2 lounge chairs.

Bedroom 6 (sleeps 6) Upstairs bedroom. Included are 2 twin-size triple bunk beds (sleeps 6). Also, a large screen TV, Xbox 360, closet, bathroom with private vanity and shared shower and toilet area.

Open area (sleeps 2-4) Upstairs. Included are 2 Cordaroy convertible bean bags (as seen on Shark Tank), which convert into 2 full-sized beds. Also, a large screen TV with Xbox 360 and this area connects to a large outside patio area.

A pack n play is available for set up in any room.
