We would definitely stay here again, the condo was amazing! Communication was clear and the property was clean. The price was amazing for how close we were to Disney and everything included in the condo!

Excellent stay! The condo was exactly as described & the location is incredibly close to WDW and restaurants, making our commute a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean condo. Great communication prior to check in. Oven wasn’t working, but fixed day 1. Suggest an upgraded master mattress, memory foam wasn’t great. Internet quality was fair and need better TP and paper towels. Proximity to parks and grocery shopping was great, too many trips to Walmart plenty of room for everyone to spread out after a long day at Disney and Universal. We will definitely return when we make this trip again. Overall 5 STARS

Unit was fantastic! Clean. Location of unit is great being in the back corner, quiet, and nice views. Walmart super close. Pool was gorgeous and clean. Peaceful. Only thing the unit needed is some staple basic items for the kitchen, like salt & pepper, or cooking spray, or coffee filters. Would have been helpful. Otherwise zero complaints! Will absolutely rebook here.

Condo was well stocked with games and pool toys for our family to enjoy. Had a few things wrong with the place but the host did an amazing job with getting them handled in a timely manner. We would definitely rent here again.

Family Friendly and great location

We stayed for 4 days for July long weekend with family had really good time . Community is family friendly and closure to Disney parks. Philip is very responsive and great place to stay with family and friends .

Overall a good experience. It was a very convenient location for our trip to Disney and it was nice to have all the extra space and amenities without the hefty Disney property prices. The entrance to the condo is not well marked- the unit itself. The community property is well signed. The master bath could use a little freshen up but overall it served our needs and was clean enough.

Worked great for our trip! We needed a location close to ESPN Wide World of Sports and this worked out beautifully. Condo was very clean and comfortable!! Check in process was easy. Zero complaints!

Wonderful location!

This place was clean and very nice. Hosts were very good at communicating. Very close and easy to get to Disney. Walmart is next door which was helpful for forgotten items. We would very much stay here again.

Close to wide world of sports and disney

Good location, updated furniture since the posted pictures where taken and so nice to have more space then a hotel room while in town for a soccer tournament.

Close to the parks

This gated community is easy to get to off of 192. It is close to the parks and an easy drive. The condo is roomy, the screened in porch overlooking the lake was nice for morning coffee. It was well equipped and appointed for a family visit.

Communication needs to be better but overall everything was nice and Walmart is walking distance but traffic is horrible where the place is!

Hello Zikeriya. Thanks for the review. I am a bit puzzled by the comment about the communication though. It was actually you that did not respond to our emails, not the other way round. We asked you on March 21st to supply the names of all the guests, in what is an extensive and highly praised confirmation pack. No response at all from you. After that, there were no emails until we sent the arrival pack which you did respond to, but nothing from you requiring any attention from us. You did write about the gate code on your second day, saying it had 'stopped working' but I did respond to that saying that I had been to the resort and your code worked perfectly for me. To be fair, that is a HOA / community issue anyway, not anything to do with the home, but we understand that someone has to be blamed for every minor thing that happens these days and from the comfort of your keyboard it had to be us on this occasion. We agree that the traffic can be a challenge at key times, but the location of Oakwater is great and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay.

Quick get away

The condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for a quick trip to Florida. I would highly recommend.

Perfect for Disney Vacation

Excellent location, 10 mins away from all 4 Disney World parks. A straight shot from around the corner. Walmart is right next door too which was very convenient for buying food to cook and other necessities. The condo itself was spacious, well furnished, and pristine. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Nice to stay and Great getaway

This property was very nice to stay for the four days! The locations was close to shopping, close to our other party that stay at a Disney Value Resort! There was PLENTY of room and the setup was SPOT ON! The beds were comfy and rooms very spacious! I enjoyed this location ALOT and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone visiting the Disney area! We had the smallest of issues, one, I did know how to get the bedroom television to work:)....silly on my part and the shower drain was a little slow to let the water out, but again, these were the smallest of things. Our overall stay outweighed these issues!!

Kissimmee March 2025

Stayed 5 nights mid March 2025. Party was 4 adults and 3 children. Property was conveniently located to Parks and other amenities. Clean and as shown in the pictures. The entire living area is on 2nd floor as they pointed out, so if you can’t do stairs, it would not be the best. Parking in the driveway in front is very convenient. The unit is very nice, we had good communication with the managers, and enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!
