Great location. Beautiful landscaping at the complex. There are LOTS of stairs throughout the complex though.but it is a great location. The unit was accurately depicted in the photos. Secure parking a plus. Would recommend this fo families.

Reviewer Comments: Wow, this unit was amazing! Very spacious upper floor, and well equipped. Great ocean view from rooftop patio. The bedrooms are on the lower level and have very comfortable beds and 2 awesome bathrooms. The master bedroom has a fantastic walk in closet and lots of over all space. As always Stubbs was great to work with, and the communication was awesome!

Wonderful place!

This is the second time we stayed in the condo complex but first time in this unit. Overall, great experience! Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet and completely updated. We stayed for two weeks, and we are thinking about coming back next year. Check-in also was easy, and the management company is very responsive. We had a screw brake on of the of toilet seats and they send a maintenance person the same afternoon.

Coastal Retreat offers a spacious great room with views of the Pacific, comfortable beds, and easy access to pool, hot tub, and tennis. Coffee shops, restaurants, a park, and the beach (of course) is within walking distance. The Stubbs staff provided excellent and timely customer service - can't recommend Stubbs enough!

First rate experience

We appreciated the updated interior, including the kitchen ( LG appliances), bathrooms, and tasteful, contemporary decor. The sectional sofa didn’t just look good, but it was quite comfortable. The unit was equipped with most everything one needs for a home away from home, one of the nicest units in this seaside development.

Great spot in Solana Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This it was located in a great spot – lots to walk to, including restaurants and shopping. Unit was updated nicely. Beds were very comfortable. Unit was very clean and as pictured. The Stubbs rental company was great to work with. Would be good to know there are a lot of stairs all over the complex and down and back to the beach so if anyone had physical limitations that might be challenging. But otherwise it was a fantastic stay. I might suggest the owners provide some beach chairs for their guests to use.

Note: this is a two-story condo (2 beds & full baths are on ground floor) and there are many stairs to climb up to the condo's door. Great layout for indoor family hangouts, cooking, and meals. Small but quiet deck for ocean views and sounds. Property managed hot tub and pool are steps away. Property management folks were incredibly helpful and professional. Only bummer for us was that there was no kiddo furniture (high chair or pack and play). Used Babyquip to rent them and it worked out well.

Spacious and Stylish w Stereo Views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous city views to the East of me and ocean views to the West, all simultaneously from the same dining room chairs! Perfect for our working remotely vacation week. This unit was clean, very stylish, quiet, comfortable, well-stocked, bright and more spacious than it looks in the photos. Only drawback is that some furniture and mirrors are for taller people, not petite like me. Would definitely stay here again. Many stairs throughout the property including down to the beautiful beach which has been enlarged this year with much more clean sand. We just hummed the Rocky movie theme during our stair-climbing workouts! This is likely currently the best view unit in Seascape Sur except for the more expensive, tiny oceanfront units which I also love. Surprisingly, this time I preferred the stereo views and extra space in this unit, probably bc I was on my laptop computer 7-8 hours per day! Didn’t BBQ or swim bc still too cold outside (April 3-10) but loved the option for next time. Stubbs was terrific, as always. They provided clear written instruction packet, all the keys and codes you need, and texted me during stay to remind they are available to assist and to verify satisfaction. I never needed anything but nice to know they are eager to help.

Great Stay at SUR33

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great condo with great views! The unit was exactly as pictured with comfortable, practical furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen bar area was lovely for the morning sun and the back deck was the perfect place to catch a sunset. Everything was clean and cared for in the unit with lots of nice touches. While the overall development is aged for sure (and does need concrete repairs etc.), it is still being well cared for and common areas were well maintained. The walkway along the cliff is fantastic and the location right on the beach was perfect for us. The property management team was fabulous to deal with and the office is right across the street. All around a 5* stay. Thank you!
