As you enter through the front door, you are immediately struck with the picturesque elements that make this cottage so desirable – the flood of natural light throughout the open concept living area, the bright and airy color scheme that exudes comfort and class, and the charming and private brick courtyard; a coveted rarity within the Palmetto Bluff community. This stunning space is perfect for entertaining, for dining al fresco in the warm Southern evenings, or for cozying up next to the fire to enjoy crisp winter nights.

The single-story living layout is perfectly designed to maximize space and comfort throughout the home. Stretch out in one of the three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite full bath. The master bedroom showcases a comfortable king-size bed, large soaking tub, and view of the private courtyard. The guest bedrooms feature a queen bed in one, and built-in bunk beds in the other, with plenty of room to sprawl out.

In Moreland, you will find the peace and tranquility your soul has been yearning for. Grab a picnic lunch from the Canteen, and you are mere steps away from Moreland Landing, where you can fish off the dock, lounge in the riverside hammocks, or roast a few oysters on the firepits. Enjoy marshland views as you relax poolside, and close out your evenings with dinner at Cole's restaurant, and a quick game of bowling before you turn in for the evening. You can't leave without climbing to the perch on the famous 5-story treehouse, where you will take in the most stunning view of the marsh you will find in all 20,000 acres of Palmetto Bluff.

From your front steps, you will be just a quick golf cart ride away from all of the world-class amenities that Palmetto Bluff has to offer, including the Montage hotel, 4 full-service restaurants, the Canoe Club swimming pool & fitness center, water excursion and kayak rentals, Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, the May River Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, and more! Enjoy your leisurely golf cart ride into town through the shade of the Live Oak trees, as you soak in the natural beauty of the Lowcountry. For the excitement-seekers, dare to get wonderfully lost as you take your bikes off-road through the many trails that stem from Moreland, or by kayaking through the twisting lagoon system. For an additional fee, a new four-passenger Club Car golf cart is available for your convenience during your stay.

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.

- May 24th - May 27th for Memorial Day, - June 29th - July 7th for 4th of July, September 30th - October 2nd Labor Day weekend,
Thanksgiving Week and Christmas/NYE week (dates TBD). These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Palmetto Bluff Club.
