THE SPACE:

-The house is used entirely for your family, all that space just for you and your family. The best thing about everything it offers is that it is all one level, so you won't have to go up and down stairs, especially if you have small children.

-The house has four bedrooms -All rooms were recently renovated, beds and televisions changed, where eight people can sleep. Some of the rooms are themed. In addition, the house has three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen.

-This vacation home has everything you will need during your stay. Stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, washer and dryer, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils, etc.

-All the pots and kitchen utensils in the house were renovated.

-Best of all, you have a 5-foot-deep pool at the back of the house, just for you. You can enjoy it at any time of the day, especially when you arrive exhausted from the amusement parks.

-The pool is covered on the sides with dark protectors and at the back it is surrounded by trees, so you have privacy. It has a lounge chair so you can enjoy the sun.

-It has a game room completely renovated with split air conditioning/heater for you to enjoy with your family. This game room has three normal size game tables (pool table, air hockey Game, Soccer Game, etc.). In addition, it has a quite cozy area, where you can sit and watch your favorite sports, movies, etc.

-This property features built-in air conditioning/heater free of charge.

-Free high-speed Internet access during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS:

-24 to 48 hours before your arrival, we will send you the indications of how to get to the house. In addition, we will send you the door code so that you can enter without any problem whenever you want after the check-in time.

-Four (4) vehicles can be easily parked in the driveway. The community does not allow parking a vehicle on the street, sidewalk or on top of the grass.

Complex facilities are near to the house, you can walk. These are the facilities that are included free of charge:
* Gym.
* Water park.
* Jacuzzi.
* Pool with slide.
* Loungers
* Playground games for children.
* Much more.

Please note: The community pool area is provided free of charge. We have no control over the hours of operation of that area or any scheduled maintenance during your stay. This area is managed by the HOA.

-OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-You will only be provided with basic initial supplies. We recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to pick up any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

-GUEST SAFETY:

*Security cameras.
*Carbon monoxide alarm.
*Fire extinguisher.
The cameras are located at the following sites: In the front (driveway), one at the outside of the main entrance of the house, at the back door and on both sides of the house.

-The security camaras are only for your protection and that of your family. We have them so you can enjoy a safe and worry-free vacation. We assure you that if you comply with the rules, you and your family will truly have a happy and wonderful vacation.

-The property owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any losses of any nature arising from the subject matter of this agreement. further, and more specifically, the property owner, and any homeowner’s association shall not be liable for injuries or other damages incurred as the result of guest use of the swimming pool, or inside/ outside the home. Swimming is at the guest’s own risk. Children must always be supervised. Absolutely no diving allowed. We will not be responsible for any valuables left inside the unit.
