Please rest assured that our home is always professionally cleaned before every check-in, and we have also inspected the home to ensure everything is clean and in excellent condition. We always provide bath towels for our guests, but washcloths are considered very personal-use items, so we do not supply them. Since vacation homes are self-catering, there are stores nearby where any additional items can be easily purchased if needed during your stay. We would greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to us during your stay should you need any assistance. We are always more than happy to provide prompt help!

There was no AC issue reported during your stay and it has been working perfectly with no issues found. The resort HOA picks up bagged trash every day and we have addressed your concern with the resort HOA for improvement. We hope to have a chance to host you again in the future!
