Die jüngste Umgestaltung präsentiert sowohl Aktualisierungen der Badezimmer als auch ein vollständiges Facelifting der Küche mit Holzschränken, Granitoberflächen und allen neuen Geräten! Dieses versteckte Juwel ist der perfekte Inselurlaub, nach dem Sie gesucht haben! Sanibel Surfside ist eine kleine, ruhige, gepflegte Anlage mit nur 38 Wohneinheiten und liegt zentral in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Radwegen und nur wenige Schritte vom Golf von Mexiko entfernt !!

Annual Sanibel Stay 2018!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall rental experience from SBL was excellent. The SBL team is very helpful and accommodated our special requests. Sanibel Surfside 216 has been updated in the dining area and the bathrooms. My only complaint was that the air conditioning in the master bedroom was so loud that it sounded like an airplane taking off - needless to say it disturbed our sleep. SBL arranged for someone to come in and look at it, but they were unable to fix this problem at the time. We have been staying at the Sanibel Surfside (many different condo's) and our family loves the building complex itself. This is as relaxing of a vacation as you want to make it - you can choose to sit on the beach in front of the building OR- you can take long walks or bike ride- you can visit the wildlife sanctuaries- you can go fishing (either charter on on your own!)- there are many great restaurants on both Sanibel and Captiva, there are no problems finding good food. We have been coming to the Islands for 20+ weeks for an easy getaway - love it!

We had an excellent stay! Everything at the unit had house guests in mind and it was very comfortable. The furniture is dated and well worn but seemed clean. They shampooed the carpet just before our checkin and the carpets were still pretty wet when we arrived. The beach here is fantastic and the pool is very clean and well maintained!

The condo is in a great location. No crossing roads to go to the beach. The complex had a nice pool and grilling facilities. The condo was clean and well put together. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook some nice meals.

Thanksgiving at Sanibel!

This condo did NOT disappoint! The pictures are fantastic, but really don't do it justice. The condo was very spacious, each bedroom had plenty of room, it didn't feel cramped like a hotel room usually does. The kitchen and living space was fantastic. The kitchen had all updated appliances, plenty of dishes (including kid friendly plastic ones) and cooking/serving implements- including a blender & hand mixer! We did not have to buy anything to make cooking possible, except a disposable roasting pan for our turkey, but hey it was $4 at the store, no big deal. I would say that the kitchen cooking utensils & knives themselves need to be updated. There were plenty of entertainment options including a cupboard full of family games- we found out our children LOVE Yahtzee! The cable wasn't the best, and the Netflix option was glitchy, but we didn't use that but for very short time in the evening. The books were a great addition! I found a new book to read while at the beach that was very enjoyable. The screened in porch was amazing, it was great to open to sliding windows in the morning and have a cup of coffee in the fresh air. The beds weren't the most comfortable (unless you like a good firm mattress) but they served their purpose. The sleeper couch was an added bonus for when my Father-In-Law stayed the night. The beach is a short walk down the access road, and it's beautiful, plenty of open space for everyone to spread out. The condo came with beach chairs, an umbrella, even some sand toys and a cooler! It was fantastic! Sanibel Island itself had a lot to offer- both grocery stores were great and had everything we needed- even organic options! Although I would choose Bailey's over Jerry's for better prices. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, all with your typical kid friendly options. George & Wendy's Seafood Grille was our favorite- although you definitely want to call for a reservation! And the Lazy Flamingo & Island Cow were our next favorites! There is fishing at the Sanibel Lighthouse pier, we didn't catch anything, but it was very busy that day & windy. We have not received a toll bill for our trips off/on the island yet, so I am waiting for that- that process could be more streamlined, but VRBO has no control over it of course. Overall we had an AMAZING time, and our kids want to do it again every year!

Everything about renting this property was excellent! We enjoyed every minute, it was so clean and spacious and had everything we needed! The grounds were immaculate and the beach was just a few steps away! We absolutely loved it and would stay there again!!!

Nice and easy

Perfect for a family of 4. Very close to everything. Parking was easy. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beach is a 3 minute walk from unit.

Great Stay in Sanibel!

My husband and I stayed here for one week with our 3 year old. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our stay! It was very clean and very cute! It seems to be recently updated and was very comfortable. Condo came with beach chairs and umbrella and the beach is right outside your doorstep. We rented bikes for the week which is a must. Beautiful bike trails all around and so much wildlife to see everyday. The condo was in a great location and it was easy to ride bikes to stores and restaurants. Great stay... we have no complaints and highly recommend staying here!
