Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Our condo at Point Santo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. A few things: we knew their would be workers however they had large piles of dirt blocking our path several days in a row and that was extremely inconvenient for my elderly parents, especially my mother who I had explained had teouble walking. Next, upon arrival there was no folder or any explanations of how tvs worked, how fans worked, where dumpsters were located or anything about the condo. Bathrooms outlets did not work until the third day of our stay. That guy had to show us how to use the TV’s. We also had over hundreds of bug bites this vacation. We had many guests warning and telling us the have been bad. If so why isn’t it enough to tell guests coming to stay? The bugs were awful at the beach and pool area. Is this not something you can spray for? We did notice on the last Friday of our stay helicopters may have been spraying but not soon enough. The condo was very accommodating for our family and your staff was very friendly however there were a few things that we feel could have been done to make our stay better prepared for.
