The Bird House - Private Hot Tub, 2 Miles to U of A, Baum & Fayetteville Square

Welcome to The Bird House in Fayetteville, Arkansas! We are located in a new construction community on the south side of town. We are only 2 miles from the University Of Arkansas campus and the Downtown Fayetteville Square! We recently added a brand new HOT TUB for guests to enjoy year round! The community is incredibly bike friendly and we encourage you to bring your bikes with you as you can access the Razorback Greenway and many other trails directly from the home! Come enjoy your time in Fayetteville and discover the many comforts of The Bird House!

This is a two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath brand new home. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open concept making it perfect for entertaining. Your kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there are also 3 barstools at the kitchen island. Downstairs you also have a half bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. The large screen smart TV is ready for streaming movies or the big game in the living room. Additional smart TVs are in each of the bedrooms. The dining area leads out to a covered back patio with outdoor seating, charcoal grill and of course the hot tub. The backyard is large and flat making it perfect for tailgate games or just enjoying the lawn and view of large mature trees behind you.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom has a cozy king size bed, plenty of floor space, a large walk in closet with dedicated workspace and private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 & 3 are also located upstairs and each have queen size beds and smart TVs as well as plenty of closet and dresser storage. These bedrooms share a jack-n-jill full bathroom between them. Both bathrooms upstairs have plenty of linens. Lastly, the downstairs sectional sofa has a pull out queen size bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

Kid friendly and accommodating with blinds in all bedrooms, pack-n-play and high chair. The bonus room upstairs has a cozy couch, arcade console and a game cabinet with lots of fun games to choose from. Home has easy access to greenways for jogging or biking all over Northwest Arkansas. The garage is setup as a game area with a Ping Pong table & Foosball so be sure to enjoy that as well. This will be your favorite home away from home when you visit.

You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home has a very flat backyard making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the hot tub and charcoal grill on the back porch along with the comfortable seating! Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them.
