Wonderful property, close to the beach with many amenities. Parking space included, central air and remodeled interior very cute kitchen and bath. Washer and dryer in home also a huge plus. Host is very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. 10/10!

Price was great and can’t ask for a much better location to get to the beach everyday. Place was fairly clean for what you can expect from a beach place. Owner was very clear with check in instructions and communication. Wasn’t sure if we needed a comforter or not (we brought linens and towels like it said we needed to) and by the time we got sent the list with more details we had already left. But other than that it’s exactly what you need for a few days at the beach. Clearly been worn down through the years but what can you expect with a rental property at the beach. Would recommend.

Lovely apartment, great beach getaway

This was a lovely apartment that was close to the beach, in a great location in Ocean City! Our host Rob was very communicative and responsive whenever we had a question, and check-in and checkout were super easy!

The condo was very clean and welcoming. Check in was simple and the owner was easily accessible. Great location also. Was only a short walk to the beach. I would definitely book here again.

Definitely Not “Immaculate” – Very Disappointing StayThe listing describes this property as “immaculate,” but unfortunately, that was nowhere close to our experience.As soon as we walked in, the house had a strong musty smell. There was no smell or feeling of the property having been freshly cleaned. The condition of the floors became even more obvious after I showered. I walked from the bathroom into the living room barefoot, and the bottoms of my feet were completely black.The bed was another major issue. It was caving in badly in the middle, and we had to contact the host the following morning. To his credit, he did respond, and either he or someone else came over and rigged the bed up so we could sleep on it the next night. However, a rental bed should not be in that condition in the first place.The living room furniture is old and worn. The couch is sunken in, and the chair had visible stains on it. The outdoor furniture on the porch was also rusted and outdated.The bathroom was probably the most concerning part. There appeared to be black mold along the top of the bathtub area. It looked like cheap plastic material had been placed over the affected area, but you could still clearly see what appeared to be mold underneath/around it.Another frustrating issue was the linens. About an hour before arriving, I checked the check-in instructions and discovered that guests are expected to bring their own sheets, blankets, pillows, and toiletries. I will acknowledge t

Although check-in, parking & proximity to the beach were convenient, the condition of condo was significantly different from its advertised description as “immaculate” & “cozy.” Property appeared uncleaned or uninspected bef. arrival.We encountered a persistent musty odor, stained/heavily worn furniture, deeply sunken sofa, dried blood stains, heavily worn bed w/deep V-shaped depression & a queen-size pullout sofa w/springs protruding into sleeping surface. These conditions made sleeping extremely uncomfortable resulting in an essentially sleepless 1st night. Fridge also had a yellow substance on shelves requiring cleaning before food could reasonably be stored. Additional issues, broken closet door, previous guests’ belongings left in the washing machine & internet credentials that didn't work despite repeated attempts. A working login was not provided until next day, after we had already decided to leave.Additionally, it wasn't clear prior to arrival that we needed to bring our own bedding, sheets, pillows, & blankets, creating futile last-minute difficulty.We respectfully communicated concerns to the host, but unfortunately received little assistance beyond being told that there had “never been an issue before.” These were not minor inconveniences/matters of personal preference. The cleanliness, odors, sleeping conditions & other problems materially affected our ability to use property as advertised and ultimately made it unreasonable for us to stay past the 1st night.

Great location to the beach…easy walk around the corner. 20 mins from boardwalk. There is a $4 all day bus route as a bus stop is right out front. Cute condo! Would definitely book again.

We had a good time here. The place smelled nice when we entered the house. The bed looked like it hadn’t been taken care of since the last visitors. The mattress pad looked like it had been recently slept on. Everything was clean but I wouldn’t call it emaculate. The owner was very responsive. Easy check-in as well. Nice location a couple min walk from the beach.

We loved the location! We are early birds, being so close to the beach for mor ing walks and sunrises was exactly what we were looking for. The area was quiet and provided what we needed for our getaway. Loved that we coukd have our small dog with us. We did bring our own sheets for a queen bed (advertised), to find it was a king. We ran to the store for king sheets

The cleanliness of the property left alot to be desired. Dried blood on the mattress covers, mouse droppings on the counter top. Dust, dirt or sand on literally on every surface. Dirty toilet with other people's hair on the rim. Mold in the shower. Heavy stains on the living room chairs. I asked for the room to be recleaned and they did not return to clean it, instead the cleaning service provided pictures to prove they had cleaned but they were all taken at a distance. And even with me proving through close up photos that there was an issue no action was taken in regards to the cleanliness. 2 pillows and a mattress cover were brought to the property but not until the day after check-in. And finally the SMELL.... which was terrible and was definitely Marijuana. Was so strong when we arrived and finally dissipated the final day. I spent 265 buying cleaning products, air fresheners, sheets to cover all the furniture, and an air mattress (since we couldn't use the bloody mattress). And I spent the entire first afternoon cleaning instead of enjoying our trip.Also of note: no mop, bucket, dust pan, or vacuum at the property. Had a swifter met mop but no wet mops to use with it. No toilet bowl cleaning liquid.We left a day early and we will never stay at this property again.

My cleaner has been with me for years and I trust her to provide details about the unit when she is on property.

Robert was nice to work with. Check in/check out very simple. King bed (listed as queen). Pull out couch in poor condition. Unit clean though fabrics (couch, mattress pad, decorative pillows) need attention.Overall enjoyed our stay but would not have called it “immaculate” as advertised

Report ALL issues to this owner immediately

We stayed for a quick weekend. Upon arrival, the towel bar in bathroom was broken, but assuming owner was local and damage so obvious, I did not think to reach out, not one to complain, not even on cleanliness. Nonetheless, accusing us of damage we didn't do. First experience with this type of issue. Otherwise, the stay was fine.
