This third-floor studio in the Cara Mar building sits directly on the oceanfront between 123rd and 124th Street, giving you front-row access to the Atlantic from your own private balcony — no crossing streets or hauling gear across parking lots to reach the sand.

The layout is smart and simple: a double-size Murphy bed sleeps 2 guests comfortably and folds up out of the way when not in use, so the space feels open rather than cramped. You'll have everything needed to cook casual meals in the kitchen, including an oven, fridge with freezer, and microwave. A washing machine is built right into the kitchen for handling swimsuits and beach towels between trips to the sand, and when you need a dryer or a bigger laundry run, the building's coin-operated machines have you covered.

Summer stays come with access to Cara Mar's outdoor pool, a great alternative when you want to swim without the sand. Parking is simple too — your reservation includes one assigned tandem space under the building that holds 2 cars, with 82 inches of clearance and 90 inches of pull-in width, so it's worth confirming your vehicle fits before arrival.

Set on the north side of town, Cara Mia puts you directly across Coastal Highway from Northside Park's open green space and walking trails, plus quick access to Tailchasers, McDonald's, Starbucks, and Quiet Storm surf shop — all within easy walking distance for meals, coffee, and beach gear.

For travelers who want unobstructed ocean views, a private balcony, and a walkable North Ocean City location, Cara Mia checks every box!

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.

Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

When you arrive you may notice some temporary posts on the west side of the building. These have been put up in preparation for renovations that will take place in the fall of 2026 (yes, they were put up way too early!) They re not there for any structural issues, they re just there to help prevent any bits of the stucco from chipping off.

Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, you'll have to cancel at least 30 days before check in. If you cancel 7-30 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued.
