Guest Access:

You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. There is an electronic keypad on the front door that will provide access to the home. We will send you the code prior to arrival. Guess have private access to the entire home and property.



The Neighborhood:

Pelican's Perch is located in a residential neighborhood in southwestern Marco Island. From this home, you can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Mini Put, Movie Theater and More!



Getting Around:

We are close to the beach, many popular attractions and several wonderful restaurants. However, most guests prefer to have a car during their stay. We recommend flying into Southwest Florida International Airport or Punta Gorda Airport (Florida), if possible



Other Things to Note:

- We welcome small (eg., 15 foot) boats to tie up to the dock floating. The boat lift is not available for guests.

- The back of the home has been updated, and the screen enclosure has been replaced with fully fenced yard. Pictures to be updated soon!!

- For your safety, there are exterior cameras at the home.

- Security cameras are installed throughout the property for safety and monitoring purposes. Please note that some cameras may also record audio. By staying on the premises, you acknowledge and consent to both video and audio recording in these areas.
