We also send a text message to the phone number on file 3 days prior to your arrival to confirm you received this information and have thoroughly reviewed it. If these were not received, we do recommend checking your spam/junk folders and also reviewing the information on record in VRBO to ensure contact information is up-to-date. While we do advertise a flat-screen TV, we do not mention cable or streaming. Had a concern about cable TV been brought up prior to arrival, our team could have provided you with this information directly. It is also readily available inside the unit by scanning the QR code. While the jacuzzi is a community amenity and managed by the HOA, had we been made aware of the temperature during your visit, we would have happily contacted the HOA directly regarding the temperature. Please always feel free to contact us. We also offer our guests a 24/7 emergency line - we do not strictly rely on our set business hours.
