Hi Sandesh, Thank you for sharing your feedback! I'm sorry your vacation got off to a slightly delayed start. We know how excited guests are to get settled in and start enjoying their time away! Unfortunately, the guests who departed that morning left the condo in exceptionally poor condition, requiring considerably more attention than a typical turnover. Rather than rush through the cleaning, we wanted to make absolutely certain the condo was properly prepared for your arrival. That meant check-in was delayed by approximately 30 minutes. Our team reached out to let you know about the delay, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered a gesture of goodwill while we finished preparing the condo. We certainly understand that waiting wasn't how you envisioned starting your vacation, and we appreciated your patience while our team worked to get everything ready. Regarding the 10:00 AM checkout time, our checkout schedule allows our housekeeping and inspection teams the time needed to prepare the condo for the next arriving guests, just as we wanted to ensure everything was properly prepared for you. Occasionally, unexpected circumstances require a little extra attention, and we always want to make sure our guests arrive to a clean, welcoming space. I'm sorry again that we weren't able to welcome you right at 4:00 PM, but we always want to prioritize delivering a clean, properly prepared home over rushing through the process. We truly regret that the unexpected closure of some resort amenities impacted your family's trip and disappointed your grandchildren.
