Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Check-in and out process was easy. I only gave it a 4 stars with interaction with property management because the lady i spoke to on the phone to make sure my questions were answered and i received all of my check in info was not enthusiastic (felt like my questions were inconveniencing her). Cleanliness: i found random hair strands in the sink when we first entered. It was not a quick turnaround because no one rented the place the day before. The bathrooms are dated. They appear to be original from when the place was built. It is time for a bathroom upgrade. The showers have mold. I don’t think there is much the cleaning ladies could have done to remove the mold around the fixtures and the corners of the shower (master). We did ask for extra towels not knowing there were extra under the sinks but they were brought to us asap. The property is nice and close to the beach. The property is in high use during holiday weekends and most likely summer. They should have someone cleaning the pools daily. I never did see anyone cleaning the pools. They were full of bugs and trash. If i was a property owner i would not be happy about the level of attention the outdoor pools receive. The beach area was not crowded in front of the condos even on Labor Day weekend. Grocery store (food lion) is close by. My 70 yr old parents thought it was 5 star. (Amazing views) lots of space. The living room furniture are electric recliners and comfortable to us. Plenty of cookware.
