Was für eine perfekte Erinnerung daran, dass jeden Tag verbrachte am sonnigen Ufer des Golfs und nur wenige Schritte von einer gemütlichen Oase zu verbringen Sie Ihre Nächte in ist ein ziemlich guter Tag!
Die strahlend weißen Küche und farbenfroh gemusterten Wohnzimmer blicken auf die möblierte Terrasse und Strand, während im Obergeschoss finden Sie zwei ruhige Schlafzimmer.
Die Master-Suite verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon, der eine Erholung und Vogelaugenansicht von dem Gelächter Ihre glückliche Familie genießen ihren besten Strand Urlaub überhaupt bietet.
Nicht nur ist hier alles mehr Spaß, es ist bequem, auch! Kostenfreies WLAN, eine Waschmaschine und Trockner und ein Ort, der in der Nähe aller Unterhaltungs ist summieren sich zu einem Strandurlaub wie kein anderer.

Diese Stadtdomizilam erfordert einen 7-tägigen Aufenthalt Samstag bis Samstag während Spring Break und Sommer. Es gibt einen 4-tägigen Anforderung während der Nebensaison.
Objektregeln Zustand: keine RV oder Anhänger jeglicher Art sind erlaubt in der Gemeinde Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Bitte rufen Sie uns an Ort und ein Parkplatz arrangiert werden, wenn Sie einen Anhänger oder Wohnmobil bringen.
Our family stayed 5 nights and loved the property . The rental is very clean and very roomy . You have a half bath down stairs , with a washer and dryer for laundry . There are two sleeper sofas in the downstairs main room . The kitchen is large enough with all the conveniences you would expect .
The views from both the upstairs balcony and the deck are absolutely stunning and worth the trip itself . Do yourself a favor and sit out on the first floor deck at sunset! Love it !
The Pros :

View is spectacular
Private Beach is not policed . People from the neighboring rentals(large hotels ) ignore the private beach signs and invade your space . If you are wanting a private beach , this isn't it and it should not be billed as one .
Overall it was a great stay . The fact that people cross the private beach markings and no one cares was bothersome, but that won't prevent me from considering this unit for my next getaway .
We stayed at Quiet Surf #2. The unit was as portrayed. It had really nice furnishings and everything we needed.
It was literally steps from the ocean, gorgeous view. I made the mistake of replacing a flood light not being aware of the protocol when being around sea turtle nesting areas. As soon as I was made aware, I immediately removed the light. Hence the sand sculpture "Ode to Sea Turtles". My apologies to the sea turtles and sea turtle people. I would definitely stay again at this unit. The only drawback was the downstairs balcony needed. some repair. There were still some nail heads were still sticking up and a couple of spindles from the railing were missing and some were loose. A little bit of safety issue but when I reported it I did say it would be okay to repair after check out. All in all we made wonderful memories and had a good experience with Newman Daily.
I recently stayed in your Quiet Surf II unit #2. The appliances in the unit were very outdated for the amount of the rental. Also, the complimentary beach service could use work. It was a constant fight to keep outsiders out of the chairs and not use the umbrella. The other property management companies to the left and right of us had a representative on site all day to ensure their correct guests had use of the beach service. Newman daily did not provide any. We called to let Newman daily know we were having issues and were told there was nothing that could be done since it was a public beach. Not true.. There are 2 signs posted between the quiet surf II properties stating "private beach". I felt we paid a high premium to be on the beach and have beach service, but pretty much got the same level of service had we paid much less and stayed in the condos across the street. Very disappointed. I really don't see the value in paying for that property again unless changes are made.
There were a few issues during our stay. The bedspreads on the two double beds were very old and dirty looking. We went out and bought blankets to sleep under. The carpets were not clean, there was a false fingernail in one of the bedroom floors and a penny with a wad of hair around it in the master. Overall, it did not seem very well cleaned. It would have been nice for the property management company to let us know about Red Tide, since we did not know about it, we spent a significant amount of time getting a prescription called in and filled for an inhaler. I understand they couldn't control that, but we could have come better prepared. The most frustrating thing, however, was the fact that construction on the unit next door began as early as 7am and went sometimes until 9pm. You couldn't sit out on the deck because of the trash blowing from the construction and it was loud when trying to spend time inside or out. Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating time and emails to the contact provided were answered with an out of office response. We still have not heard back from her. I would not stay again, and would not recommend.
